Northrop Grumman is in need of experienced military professionals interested in a challenging work environment supporting the US Army Mission.
The Mission Training Complex (MTC) Site Manager is responsible for the performance of contractor work at the supported installation and has appropriate decision-making authority to effectively respond to task order requirements. Supervises scheduling, resource procurement, and quality assurance of all training events, simulations, and exercises supported by the MTC. The Site Manager will work collaboratively and in concert with the Task Order Manager (TOM) and MTC Government Director to ensure all tasks and requirements are met. The Site Manager is directly accountable to the TOM and will support and advance TOM initiatives. The Site Manager shall be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person, or by phone, with the MTC Government Director or Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The duties of the Site Manager are not envisioned as full-time, therefore anticipate the Site Manager will be dual-hatted as the senior mission command trainer.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
Experience with military training, to include training management and support.
Experience with operations and training requirements at division level or higher.
Minimum 10 years supervisory experience.
Served as Battalion / Brigade Commander or S3.
Successful completion of Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education (ILE).
Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent experience as a Commander at Battalion level or higher.
In-depth knowledge of virtual training simulators, constructive simulations, and Army games for training.
Top Secret security clearance.
Successful completion of Senior Service College (SSC).

Here's what you can expect inthis role:
Sets up equipment and performs cylindrical grinding of ODon rotors to achieve air gap with stators. Inspects work for dimension and tolerance. Lubricates grinder weekly and occasionallydumps and replenishes coolant. Checksnull voltage on specified UT's by assembling rotor into stator with brushblock, connecting to test panel, installing in cal. stand. Compensates for over limit null voltage bygrinding taper into rotor OD. Isresponsible for mechanical maintenance and repair of machine. Because of thetraining time required, the person selected for this job will have to remain inthis job for a period of one year.

Mechanics in this position set up, operate and adjust a variety of mechanical and hydraulic controlled straightening presses to form, straighten and flatten high quality close tolerance parts and materials. Employment in this position also requires handling, rotation of head/neck, standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and carrying 10-35 pounds, lifting and carrying less than 10 pounds, pushing/pulling 10-35 pounds, pushing/pulling less than 10 pounds, pushing/pulling more than 35 pounds, finger manipulation, flexion/extension, contact with metals, exposure to noise, atmospheric conditions and energized sources, and the use of personal safety gear for face, eyes, hand/arm, ears and feet.
Position Responsibilities:
Obtain work package from, ready to work rack, as delivered to work station, or assigned by lead, supervisor, or run previously set-up job by reviewing tie-in from prior operator.
Review Work Order (W/O) to determine requirements of work to be performed.
Ensure that the correct type and quantity of parts/material were issued and that prior operations are complete.
Obtain and review appropriate drawings, Boeing (BAC) specifications and any other necessary documents to perform the job.
Use on-line information systems, as required.
Check machine set-up and/or parts completed by previous operator to determine progress on a job and ensure safe working conditions, as required.
Select machine accessories and holding devises (e.g., ram heads, riser stands, blocks, clamps, shims).
Verify that apparatus is in good condition.
Identify shop aids and/or holding fixtures to be used, as required.
Attach machine accessories, tools, fixtures, and shop aids using bolts, wrenches and clamps.
Move parts/material to the work area using overhead cranes, as required.
Ensure spreader bar is safely attached for long parts/material.
Ask for assistance from co-workers as needed. Insert material to be formed/straightened, use manual power switch to operate press.
Check pressure gauge/travel indicator and make adjustments, as required.
Check parts to ensure that forming/straightening operations are completed within tolerances per drawing and BAC specifications, use check fixture, as required.
Clean and/or deburr parts, using hand file and/or denatured alcohol after forming/straightening operation, as required.
Contact lead, supervisor, or co-worker with questions, when assistance is needed or when any problem arises.
Handle and dispose of hazardous material in approved manner (e.g., solvents, rags).
Maintain personal and tool certifications, as required.

Primary Purpose
Guides and monitors staff, equipment, and workload to ensure safe and timely completion of processes and projects.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Schedules, plans and directs employees in their assigned tasks ensuing production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Trains new employees in company and department procedures and monitors adherence.
Interfaces with other areas and departments to insure a smooth flow of product through the treatment cycle.
Monitors equipment assigned to area and notifies maintenance of major breakdowns.
Responsible for the unloading and loading of wastes in conformance to company rules and regulations.
Operates and maintains the cyanide destruction unit (CDU). The CDU is a programmable logic controlled pressurized vessel.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on operating equipment.
Load, unload and process solid and liquid waste safely in accordance with Company, federal, state and local regulations/rules.
Operate a fork truck and Bob Cat with attachments.
Adds proper mixture of chemicals to incoming waste materials in order to change the compositions to disposable products in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
Directs liquid waste through a system of pumps to tanks for storage.
Perform basic spill cleanup and housekeeping duties as directed.
Perform chemical compatibility checks to prevent reactions and other issues.
Utilize barcode system equipment to document certain inventory activities.
Review laboratory data to determine proper handling and disposal of materials.
Use Department of Transportation (DOT) knowledge/training to match and label inbound materials and for storage and shipping of containers to other sites.
Use proper equipment to remove samples of materials for analysis and compatibility checks.
Responsible for keeping operating areas, walls, pipes and floor in a clean and safe condition.
Utilize knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, OSHA and permit regulations.
Understand Heritage Coding and labeling systems to handle and manage waste containers.
Position handles hazardous materials and will often require use of PPE: Boots, Gloves, Suits, Eye/Ear Protection and Respirator.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is currently seeking an OSINT Intelligence Analyst who provides analysis services for INSCOM, Army OSINT Office in support of ongoing intelligence operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Serves as an integrated member of a Multi-Functional Intelligence analysis team, and serves as an Open Source (OSINT) Analyst and SME for the AOO.
Assist in support of regional and theater OSINT teams.
Support required trainings, tools evaluation, daily briefings and policy development and the occasional RFI driven OSINT analysis.
May be required to lead the analysis and daily activities of a small team of OSINT Intelligence analysts.
Conducts intelligence analysis, OSINT analysis, operational planning, and fusion/integrating of intelligence data in order to produce reports, responses, artifacts, recommendations, findings, and products to priority intelligence requirements as directed.

Tank Builder
Job Overview:
McDermott's Fabrication Services group is searching for a Tank Builder in the Cameron, LA area. The Tank Builder assembles, analyzes for defects, and repairs boilers, tanks, vats and pressure vessels, boiler auxiliaries and ancillaries according to blueprints specifications, using power tools and hand tools.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Locates and marks reference points for columns or plates on foundation, sing master straight edge, squares, transit and measuring tape and applying knowledge of geometry
Attaches rigging or signals crane operator to lift components to specified position
Aligns structures or plates sections to assemble boiler frame, tanks or vats sing plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs or turnbuckles
Hammers, flame-cuts, files grinds irregular edges of sections or structural parts to facilitate fitting edges together
Bolts or arc-welds structures and sections together
Positions drums and headers into supports or bolts or welds supports to frame
Aligns water tubes, connects and expands ends to drums and headers using tube expander
Bolts or welds casing sections, uptakes, stacks, baffles and such fabricated parts as chutes, air heaters, fan stands, feeding tube, cat walks, ladders, coal hoppers and safety hatch to frame using wrenches
Performs minor maintenance or cleaning activities with tools and equipment
Installs manholes, handholds, valves, gauges and feed water connection in drums to complete assembly of water tube boilers
Signals crane operator in lifting parts to specific positions
Assists in testing assembled vessels by pumping water or gas under specified pressure into vessels and observing instruments for evidence of leakage
Repairs boilers or tanks in field by unbolting or flame cutting defective sections or tubes, straightening plates using torch or jacks, installing new tubes, fitting and welding new sections and replacing worn lugs on bolts
May fasten and caulk sections of vessels, using pneumatic fasteners and caulking hammers
May line firebox with refractory brick and blocks
May fabricate parts such as, stacks, uptakes, and chutes to adapt boiler to premises in which it is installed
Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules
Performs other duties as required
Basic Qualifications:
Work at heights without fear
Typically 3 years and above documented field experience in chosen craft discipline with ability to read and interpret instructions and document, plan and perform work activities independently
Certified Journeyman -Requires attainment of NCCER certifications written and/or practical
Compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects
Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings
Make decisions based on measurable criteria
Apply shop mathematics to solve problems
Flame cutting and knowledge of torch use
