The Mission Training Complex (MTC) Site Manager is responsible for the performance of contractor work at the supported installation and has appropriate decision-making authority to effectively respond to task order requirements. Supervises scheduling, resource procurement, and quality assurance of all training events, simulations, and exercises supported by the MTC. The Site Manager will work collaboratively and in concert with the Task Order Manager (TOM) and MTC Government Director to ensure all tasks and requirements are met. The Site Manager is directly accountable to the TOM and will support and advance TOM initiatives. The Site Manager shall be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person, or by phone, with the MTC Government Director or Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The duties of the Site Manager are not envisioned as full-time, therefore anticipate the Site Manager will be dual-hatted as the senior mission command trainer.

Under the supervision of a higher level maintenance/custodial position or the Superintendent/Manager, Maintenance Helpers perform semiskilled and unskilled activities and tasks involving one or a combination of trades such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, motor equipment or painting. Such tasks involve the use of the tools and equipment of a trade under very specific instructions. On occasion, incumbents may operate motor vehicles and power-driven equipment. The work may require light, medium and heavy physical effort in cleaning and caring for a building(s) and adjacent grounds area.
The position performs responsibilities in accordance with all current and amended, DMNA policies and procedures, federal and state statutes, and where applicable, the contract bargaining agreement and requirements of the National Guard Bureau (NGB), specifically the Master Cooperative Agreement (MCA) and supporting regulations. The position may report to state and/or federal supervisory personnel.
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Maintains shop machinery and equipment.

REPORTS TO: Yard Manager
The Operator runs and operates the well servicing unit and is responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells as specified by the Customer and Yard Manager.
The duties of the Operator may include driving the crew truck and well service rig and its components and necessary. All duties are to be performed according to the Company's operating procedures in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site and to efficiently perform the task.

Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) needed to drive the rig.
Must have the basic knowledge of the oil field and related equipment associated with the position.

This position requires the ability to operate the well servicing rig and its components and other associated hand tools and equipment.
The Operator will be largely responsible for determining how a service job will be performed, based on the specific condition of the well. The position is responsible for directing the activities of the crew as necessary. The Operator is responsible for the operations of the rig and its associated components during all oil well servicing jobs.
The position requires various types and levels of job related training with respect to the rig operations and company's standards operating procedures and also other specialized training as required by regulatory agencies and the company.
Position requires standing, walking, and sitting, while working either indoors or outdoors.
While performing this job, the Operator will be required to lift, carry, pull, push, reach, squat, kneel and or climb ladders or stairs.
Working conditions for this position may involve exposure to varying environmental fumes, radiation and heights. Exposure to the above conditions should be handled as prescribed in the company's safety manual and/or the company's standard operating procedures.

- Perform normal test set up for production engines and complex test set
up for product improvement and engineering investigation.
Perform complete mechanical, electrical, and operational acceptance tests of a complicated nature on all engine models, including all standard and non-standard tests for engineering investigations, acceptance testing, and trouble shooting and component endurance tests.
Install engine into test cell, all required instrumentation in or out of cell, and replacement parts as necessary.
Adjust engine controls and equipment; make all calculations necessary to comply with test requirements and
adjustments to engine controls.
Use diagnostic equipment in trouble-shooting engine malfunctions, correct engine malfunctions, and provide sufficient technical information to other personnel if required, to assure a timely and effective solution to test related problems.
Inspect replacement of parts, accept, or reject engine in accordance with test results.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical staff to ensure business needs are clearly defined, understood and documented using industry standard requirements documentation methodologies.
Elicit, plan, analyze and develop business and/or technical requirements. Ensure requirements are traceable, concise, and accurate and maintained in a common repository.
Lead and/or facilitate the gathering of requirements through interviews, workshops, consultations, site visits, surveys and business process workflows.
Validate and verify business requirements for new software applications and/or modifications to existing software are mapped to business needs and approved by business stakeholders.
Provide cost estimates based on initial scoping of a business change, refinement of estimates needed and then refinement of estimates as business requirements are completed. These estimates are used to define overall costs of projects and work efforts to support business needs.
Work collaboratively with other technical staff to: design user interfaces and system functionality, ensure changes, modifications and/or maintenance and operation schedules are followed, supported and appropriately identified in standard change management practices that supports standard system/software development life cycle.
Perform analysis of data structures to determine dependencies and relationships between data elements using Entity Relationship Diagrams.

- Option 1: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT program or a closely related fields such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology Informatics; AND four (4) years (full-time equivalent) of professional experience in one or more of the following IT disciplines: business analysis, testing, or systems development.
- Option 2: Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology program or a closely related fields such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or Informatics; AND six (6) years (full-time equivalent) of professional experience in one or more of the following IT disciplines: business analysis, testing, or systems development.
Option 3: Eight (8) or more years (full-time equivalent) of professional experience in one or more of the following IT disciplines: business analysis, testing, or systems development. Of those 8 years the following must apply:
Four (4) or more years (full-time equivalent) experience as a software tester.
Two (2) or more years (full-time equivalent) of professional experience as a Software Analyst or Software Developer.
Demonstrated experience in software development processes eliciting user requirements, analyzing and formally documenting business needs, processes and workflows, and using defined formats for functional use cases and business rules.
Demonstrated experience preparing documentation including internal technical documents, system diagrams, use cases, test cases, and user documentation and manuals.
Demonstrated experience in proficiently translating complex technical issues into readily understood concepts for staff, management, and the public.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related fields such as Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or Informatics.
Experience working with Agile, or other iterative development methodology development methodologies.
Two (2) or more years SQL Management Studio tools or equivalent.
Two (2) or more years of Software Testing
One (1) or more year of software training experience
Professional Certifications in Business Analysis
Demonstrated experience with Lean practices
