POSITION SUMMARY: To cut product to standard, sample products that are to be filled, fill drums and totes with product. Prepare COA paperwork and receive incoming raw materials and prepare and upkeep all SQF relevant paperwork.
Move product from vinegar storage to drum building.
Cut product to shipping standards +/- 1%.
Test vinegars to ensure they fall within specifications
Completely fill drums and totes.
Prepare COA paperwork.
Prepare all relevant SQF paperwork.
Inventory product in drum building storage.
Prepare retention samples.
Notify plant management when drums, totes and pallets are needed.
Fill orders on a timely basis.
Keep work area clean and debris free.
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- 3 year demonstrated consistent work history in a manufacturing production environment.

You'll work with internal subject matter experts and customer facing teams to understand the problems facing today's IT leaders, and how our products solve those problems. Then, you'll determine how best to communicate those messages to Rocket customers and prospects in a way that engages them and makes them want to learn more.
While there are definitely demand generation aspects, this is also a creative role. You'll report to the Director of Marketing Communications, and will need to be comfortable coming up with clever, innovative ideas for campaigns and content, as well as executing on those ideas. Whether you're writing copy and executing digital tactics yourself, or working with help from our internal Creative Services team and external marketing agency, you'll need to be confident in your understanding of key Rocket solutions and be able to provide direction with regard to vision, message, and value proposition.

Collaborate with the Product Marketing team, internal subject matter experts, and Sales team to understand and internalize the following for key Rocket solutions:
Product capabilities and value propositions;

Customer pain points and CBIs;
Market positioning and areas of opportunity.
Develop awareness and promotional strategies that help increase visibility of Rocket solutions among key audiences, ultimately leading to conversions which help to drive sales pipeline.
Manage third-party marketing agency; assign campaigns/projects, lead kickoff and progress meetings, review campaign drafts for adherence to brand voice and value propositions, coordinate feedback from Product Marketing team.
Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to align global campaign strategy to sales and marketing KPIs and objectives.
Work with Marketing Operations and Web team to execute, monitor and measure program effectiveness using marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce.com), web analytics and other tools. A/B test and optimize campaign elements, making strategic shifts and improvements as necessary.
Report on program activities on a monthly and quarterly basis, including cost per lead, cost per response, trends, conversion to opportunity rates, contribution to sales pipeline, ROI, et cetera.
Work with Creative Services and Web teams to localize campaigns for use by field marketing teams outside of the US.
Serve as primary marketing contact for the Inside Sales teams, assisting with requests for content, messaging, and other lead generation elements as needed.
As needed, help review and edit campaign and event briefs submitted by Demand Generation team.
