Dry Etch Senior/Principal Development Process Engineer
As a Senior Dry Etch Process Development Engineer at IM Flash, you will work in industry-leading semiconductor process technology related to new memory devices and technologies. In this position, you will design and optimize advanced plasma etch processes using cutting-edge etch technology. You will take ideas from conception through process development and implementation for commercial success. You will be working alongside Equipment Engineers, Process Development Engineers, Process Integration Engineers, and Characterization Lab Scientists to focus and accelerate development of next generation technology. You will be responsible for the evaluation of new plasma etch hardware platforms, process chemistries, fundamental characterization, process development, and generation of intellectual property relevant to the company. Develop and optimize unit processes to meet the yield and quality requirements of advanced memory parts.
Quantify benefits of innovative process and/or equipment solutions to enable early experimentation and adoption for process margin improvement.
Prioritize within the dry etch manufacturing team on the key technology issues that need development breakthroughs.
Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams driving yield and quality improvements.
Identify disruptive processes early on and work with manufacturing and R&D to identify a viable path forward.
Process development will include performing fundamental research, evaluations, as well as testing processes for novel applications and generating intellectual property.
Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins as well as to test out manufacturability of next node solutions.
Identify process simplification opportunities and drive cross functional teams in implementation.

The Lead Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. As the Team Leader, you will manage, lead and coordinate activities of your team to support production, safety and continuous improvement goals.
Direct packing department team members to achieve production schedules in a productive and least cost manner
Coordinate department operation with other departments
Coordinate maintenance priorities on their shift
Provide adequate training material for job requirements
Provide safety training and equipment to ensure the safety of all team members
Work with Q.A. department to ensure the quality of the product
Work with the team to maintain a high level of sanitation
Update Kronos on a daily basis
Actively participate in Plan Emergency Organization
Schedule vacation of team members to insure that there is adequate coverage
Maintain a working knowledge of the overall plant processes and flows in order to facilitate departmental coordination of daily activities
Monitor further processing systems and with Materials Accounting to reduce ingredient variance
Work with maintenance team leaders and managers to maximize maintenance effectively during downtime
Facilitate team meetings
Must be able to identify team member strengths and weaknesses in order to utilize their abilities to their fullest extent
Monitor and control team member attendance and work habits through the discipline process
Provide an environment that will help build team concept and good morale
Work with team leaders to develop continuity and consistency between the teams
Coordinate contract labor requirements
Perform all other duties as assigned
Must be willing to work 2nd shift hours (2:30pm-11pm) and some weekends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
1+ years of experience supervising in a manufacturing, military or related environment

Dry Cleaning Presser
Position is responsible for finish processing of cleaned garments and preparing them for return to guest. Responsibilities include cleaning and processing soiled garments using various cleaning and dry cleaning equipment and techniques. Additional responsibilities include spot and stain removal, sorting and tagging and inspection of garments prior to and after processing.
Sorts, tags, and pre-processes garments prior to cleaning
Examines and treats spots on garments with appropriate chemical prior to cleaning
Inspects garments and removes any foreign particles from pockets
Loads garments into cleaning equipment
Operates cleaning and dry cleaning equipment
Removes clean garments from machines and prepares them for required finish work
Sorts and inspects cleaned garments prior to performing finish processing
Operates pants press equipment to process cleaned pants and slacks
Operates shirt pressing equipment to include cuff, collar and body press for processing cleaned shirts
Operates steam tunnel equipment to remove wrinkles and process delicate and non-pressable garments
Places garments on hangers, folds, boxes and/or bags finished garments
Gathers/verifies /counts/groups garments belonging to individual guests together for return, removes tags
Maintains overall cleanliness of work area and equipment
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
One year prior experience operating various pressing equipment in a high volume laundry operation
Three to five years experience as a dry cleaner/spotter in high volume operation preferably hospitality related
Thorough knowledge and understanding of dry cleaning equipment, spotting techniques and chemicals
Ability to read and write English
Ability to stand, bend and stoop repetitively during entire 8 hour shift
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
