The Corral Wrangler is responsible for leading guided interpretive horseback trail rides for guests. They assist guests on trail rides and assure their comfort and safety, and provide care of horses and maintain the corral in a neat, orderly fashion. They are required to be friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, providing information to guests regarding Flagg Ranch Company, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and the surrounding Jackson Hole area.
The "must haves" for this position include:
Prior experience in riding and care of horses

Successful completion of MVR
Current First Aid & CPR Certification
Strong verbal English skills
Must be able to lift at least 100 pounds

1.Oversee the care and management of the camp's horses.
a. Ensure proper grooming and maintenance of the horses.
b. Ensure proper food and water of all horses.
c. Administer medication and first aid to horses as needed.
d. Ensure boarding and accommodations are acceptable and safe for horses.
e. Oversee all stable conditions are safe for horse and camper care.
f. Confer with Equestrian Director and Camp Director when Veterinary care is needed.
g. Work with the Farrier and Veterinarian during on-site visits.
2.Maintain the health and safety conditions in the riding areas.
a. Ensure the first aid kit is properly stocked with supplies.
b. Ensure horse medication is stored properly and securely.
c. Report and document accidents and incidents promptly.
d. Ensure safety and cleanliness of riding areas and all horse equipment.
e. Ensure riding areas meet all health and safety standards.
f. Complete daily stables log.
3.When not managing the training and caring for the horses, participate in general camp program and operations.
a. Assist Riding Counselors in teaching and facilitating horseback riding and horse and tack care lessons (including ground, arena, and trail) based on the age and skill level of the campers.
b. Assist unit staff with supervision of campers.
c. Assist with unit and camp housekeeping, sanitation, and care of supplies and equipment.
d. Assist with weekly camper check in/out.
e. Assist with camp-wide programs including workshops, all camps, campfires, camper's choice activities, and flag ceremonies.
f. Attend and participate in staff training and the closing of camp.
g. Eat meals with the campers and supervise clean up after meals.
4.Understand and implement safety guidelines and standards as outlined by Girl Scouts of the USA, the American Camp Association, and any state and local codes.
5.Perform additional duties as assigned.
6.Job duties may be subject to change pursuant to the activities of the camp, camp needs, and the organization as a whole.
CAMP STAFF ROLE IN MISSION EFFORTS:
1.As a camp staff member, you are a representative of Girl Scouts of Utah. People form their impressions of the council, in part, based on their interaction with you. Every personal contact is with a current or potential donor to or member of the council, and thus, these impressions can influence their actions.
2.As a staff member, it is your accountability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with other staff members, volunteers, parents, and community representatives to ensure results for mutually acceptable goals.
3.All staff members are required to join the Girl Scout movement, accept the belief and principles of the Girl Scout movement, and have the ability to work with diverse populations.

o Ability to live in a high elevation (up to 6500') and outdoor setting.

The Powertrain Model Integration Manager (MIM) is the powertrain interface to the vehicle program team supporting the vehicle Model Responsible (MR).
