Measures of Success:
Operate all material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required
Maintain material handling equipment by completing daily log and noting and reporting any damage or malfunction
Communication – Communicate any issues that affect Manufacturing production safety, accuracy, and efficiency to supervisor.
Clean - Maintain a clean work environment

Unplug lift and make sure lift is serviceable
Obtain all sheets or labels and pull cases per sheet
Take cases to match-up or pick pack belt and scan into final or replenishment
Place cases on match-up belt or pallet
Locate finished goods and bulk bundle to proper location
Complete cycle counter when needed
Any other duties as specified by supervisor.
Reading and writing literate

Yard / Parts Puller - Auto Parts
As a part of our continued growth we are looking for a Yard/Parts Puller for our York, PA facility.
Safely maneuvering around the yard or warehouse.
Packaging parts for delivery / or prepping
Any paperwork involved with the parts.
Pull work orders.
Operate a Tow motor or Order Picker
Pull and prep all sheet metal and other orders.
Tag all parts properly for destination.
Communicate with Sales and Dispatch.

SCHEDULE: Hours are based on business needs including Holiday and Weekends.

The Order Puller utilizes pick ticket to pull order from warehouse inventory and then loads product on truck/trailer.
Select customer orders from pick ticket.
Check quality of product prior to pulling order. Report poor quality items to management.
Stack, wrap and label pallets correctly for each customer to ensure proper routing.
Stage pallets for loading.
Meet established minimum productivity standards of 80 pieces/hour and 98.5% accuracy rate.
Ability to operate a variety of Powered Industrial Equipment.
Obtain Powered Industrial Certification for lift trucks, pallet jacks and man lifts.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse.
Comply with Lancaster Foods, LLC. policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
High School Diploma/GED preferred. Industry or manufacturer's technician certifications preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

As a Parts Puller Packer, under limited supervision, the team member will perform various activities to prepare product and material for shipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Fill and pack customer orders
Continuously walk or stand in order to fill or pack and palletize as required to ensure product will arrive to customer location without damage.
Stage complete filled or packed order in consolidation.
Work carefully and quickly to meet shipping order deadlines
Utilize RF gun to print labels and determine part number.
Print labels and update SAP with correct information about packing of product
Determine part number and part location using SAP if required to return stock to inventory.
Ensure accuracy of quantity and part shipped versus customer request.
Prepare and stage customer orders for domestic and international shipments
Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves.
Compute prices of items or groups of items.
Complete order receipts.
Keep records of out-going orders.
Place merchandise on conveyors leading to wrapping areas.
Requisition additional materials, supplies, and equipment.
Utilize state-of-the-art warehouse management systems
High school diploma or nationally recognized regionally accredited equivalent required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum six months of experience in a similar position within a distribution environment
Demonstrated ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jack, and computer systems
Computer-based warehouse management system experience required

Order Puller (Part Time)
Associate is responsible for building loads for deliveries. In addition, the Order Puller must maintain a safe, clean and well organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a forklift. Other duties as assigned.

Bulk Order Puller
The Bulk Order Puller is responsible for pulling items, placing items in totes and assembling the totes on pallets that will then be loaded onto our delivery trucks, and shipped to our stores. Receives store orders and using totes, proceeds down the aisles and using an RF Scanner select items and removes the merchandise from the shelf and puts it into the totes in accordance with information provided on the store order
