Essential Job Duties:
The Door Shop Assembler is responsible for, but not limited to:
Working on a Door Pre-hanging assembly line
Using Power Saws, Air Nail Guns, Staplers and other tools needed to prep wood material used to assemble doors. Pick and pull production material as needed.
Load, unload, store and package material as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and observe all safety rules posted.
Maintaining all shop equipment.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to operate equipment such as: Staplers, nail guns, routers, variety of saws.
Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer
Have the desire to produce a quality product with a team effort in the assembly process
Physical demands include exposure to extreme temperatures, lifting up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis and up to 100 lbs. or more on occasion.
Dusty and noisy environment when operating woodworking machines and tools.
Ear protection required when exposed to noise for an extended period of time, eye protection and steel toe shoes required at all times.
Overtime work could be involved.

Performs assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with Anaren and J-Standards. The main focus of this position is mechanical operations.
