Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior International Licensing Analyst for a position in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate has experience with U.S. export laws and regulations, writes well, is detail-oriented, and is self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Duties include:
Draft and manage export licenses, technical assistance agreements, manufacturing license agreements, and commodity jurisdiction and classification requests to support program execution and new business opportunities. Provide guidance and ensure compliance with exemption and exception usage, terms and conditions of approved export authorizations and research/interpret complex U.S. Government regulations such as the ITAR and EAR.
Proactively collaborate and partner with program managers, internal functions and senior leadership to define licensing requirements and prepare export authorization applications as well as proviso reconsiderations in compliance with the ITAR and EAR.
Plan and coordinate import/export activities, including the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, related customer service, brokerage and customs transactions.
Review and approve international shipments, foreign travel, incoming foreign visitors, release of technology and technical data, and procurement requests to ensure compliance with applicable U.S. regulations and company policies and procedures.
Conduct export/import compliance training.
Participate and support compliance plans and projects, export and import tool enhancements and process improvements.
Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Detailed knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Control Regulations (EAR)
Knowledge of export/import practices and industry practices.
Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complicated issues (legal or technical) into easy to understand language.

Assembler 1St Shift
Perform assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with Unicircuit and J-standards. The main focuses of this position are soldering and mechanical operations.
The work hours for this position are 6:30 AM - 3PM, Monday - Friday. Periodic overtime may be required.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble parts into repetitive and non-complex units or subassemblies, utilizing hand tools and soldering iron
Will require some use of voltmeters, scales, holding fixtures, bench tools, spot welders and special fixtures
Soldering operation is performed under a microscope
Follow written/oral instructions from process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supervisor
May assemble PC boards, drill and pin connectors, de-burring and modifying connector tabs, hard line assembly, case closing using screwdriver
Examine hardware to ensure that it's properly seeded
Use of microscope to perform detailed assembly
Use of specified fixturing for low-level soldering and assembling components
Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures included but not limited to safety, security and ESD
Inspect product at various stages of process
Create NCMR (non-conforming material review) and perform root cause analysis as needed
Read, interpret and follow blueprint and/or assembly drawings

This position works as part of an assembly team having responsibility for creating individual components, sub-assemblies, and final assembly of the entire product. The incumbent is required to perform repetitive manufacturing assembly operations with little supervision.

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, assembly and schematic drawings.
Assemble instruments and components in accordance to SOPs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under minimal supervision, performs a wide variety of complex tasks in support of assembly and sub assembly or other process operations in support of the Large Winch Production Team. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies. Provides hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions.
Two years' assembly experience required.
Basic computer skills.
Must have strong organizational skills to support coordination and facilitation of production sequencing activities across multiple subassembly cells
