Discovery Grant Administrator The Global Education Office at George Mason University is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to administer the Discovery Grant Program. The Discovery Grant is a faculty grant program which provides funding for the development of study abroad experiences tied to regularly scheduled semester courses.
The Administrator will be responsible for administering the grants, assisting with logistical arrangements, processing payments, and coordinating with academic and administrative departments. Educational Sales Representative - K-12 Annual Contract Specialist
Responsibilities: * The specialist would identify, track and oversee the bidding and award of school district annual contracts nationwide.
In addition to the bid and award process, this position would be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the contracts as well as monitoring for compliance.
The specialist would need to interact with the outbound rep force, tech/bid and legal department to develop the solicitation packages.
* Requires bachelor's degree in business or marketing or at least 2 years of K-12 education sales experience.
Experience navigating web portals used to identify and vet annual contract opportunities.
Knowledge and competence in the major elements of education contract bidding, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition.
Superior sales planning and business development skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and CRM Software.
Self motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills.
Effectively prioritize sales efforts and activities.
Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.
