Egg Line Operator
This position is for Pactiv, a company of Reynolds Group Holding Inc.
Operates thermoforming equipment to produce egg cartons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Uses measurement instruments to check work.
Makes adjustments and notifies tooling of the need for more complex machine adjustments.
Removes parts from the press.
Assures parts are produced to quality specifications.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working with thermoformers and / or the plastics industry is preferred. He / She must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Machine Operator II - Press Break - 1ST Shift And/Or 2ND Shift
The Press Brake Set Up/Operator will be responsible for performing all phases of the press brake operation. This will include set up, programing and loading/unloading parts.
Sets up work from order or prints according to job requirements as directed by the Supervisor and/or Group Leader.
As required, enters program into the machine.
Uses precision measuring instruments to check work. Performs first piece inspection to double check dimensions and tolerances before proceeding with remainder of order. Continues to inspect parts as order is being run.
As required, positions machines in relation to the appropriate axis as planned in programming.
Sets stops for depth and angles.
Removes finished parts from machine, counts and places on skid.
Transports materials as needed using forklift.
Performs necessary housekeeping duties to maintain clean work environment.

Break Relief Operator supports various positions in the plant to assist with coverage of breaks and vacation. Our successful team members are self-starters who can work independently without direct supervision. This position runs a heavy tonnage hydraulic press and robotic system that supports the brick manufacturing process. The presses are the first step in creating our molded brick products.
$21.00/HR + $1.50 shift/$1.60 weekend differential
Following a probationary period, our team members can test into advanced pay levels where the average pay for a Production position is: $24.36 + differentials = approx. $55,000/yr
2nd shift or 3rd shift positions are available; our schedules require some scheduled work during weekends.
Work safely in a heavy industrial facility when performing brick processing work. Heavy physical labor is required in this department and safety is our first priority.

Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems.
Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Basic math skills
Effective written communication skills, including legibility
Strong attention to detail
