AGCO is currently looking for a Rate Analyst to join our team in Batavia, IL. The Rate Analyst will play a key part in dealing with international air freight, as well tracking, training, scheduling, and coordinating with warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities of the Rate Analyst role:
Manage the day-to-day customer order fulfillment to support on-time delivery and resolve transportation issues.
Use carrier shipping systems to create shipping documents, customs documents, and load manifest.
Responsible for finding expedited carriers to ensure orders are shipping according to the Terms and Conditions.
Monitor and report baseline customer service key performance indicators (KPI), including order fill rate and order to delivery.
Analyze data and recognize trends that impact the supply chain in support of continuous improvement. Provide analysis and recommendations to managers and supervisors in support of initiatives.
Work directly with operations staff to coordinate order shipment/loading.
Acts as a backup to the Logistics Analyst to assist with special projects and logistics functions.

Required Qualifications of the Rate Analyst:
Experienced strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications of the Rate Analyst:
2+ years working with transportation freight rate tariffs

Additional education, experience and/or training in warehouse, supply chain operations, and/or order management

Plant Manager, Aggregates
The Plant Manager has direct responsibility for the aggregate plant sites including safety, environment, operations, performance, quality, human resources, plant's image and community relations. The Plant Manager is an operations professional who understands the value of planning and processes and takes a disciplined approach to execution. The Plant Manager works closely and effectively with safety, environment, land, sales, customer service, materials performance and finance personnel.

Plant Image: Maintains the plant in accordance with standard guidelines for plant image. Plant image includes housekeeping, parts storage, vehicles and equipment condition (cleanliness and appearance), entrance & property, and buildings.
HR/Labor Relations: Supervises the workforce, typically through plant foreman and/or lead-hands. Responsible for effective recruitment, merit/recognition, disciplinary actions and terminations on site. Fosters effective employee relations. Essential (primary) Functions:

Cooking times, setting, and monitoring equipment temperatures. Restocking, sanitizing work area and following safety, security, uniform and company rules are essential to successfully operating grill station.

This position is for Pactiv, a company of Reynolds Group Holding Inc.
Responsible for providing leadership and directions for the daily operations of the warehouse transportation logistics for all shipments and customer service.
Develops and implements supply chain plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products in order to enhance product flow.
May have a particular area of specialty (replenishment, inventory control, logistics, etc.)
Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports.
Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers.
Ensure warehouse is appropriately staffed; equipment and facility operated to best practices, and inventories are effectively managed and controlled.
Support sales strategies to ensure plant's critical response to the manufacturing production needs.
May be responsible for developing strategic distribution initiatives with plant, such as continuous inventory replenishment, demand estimation, or just-in-time inventory control.
BA/BS in logistics or related field preferred, with 3-5 years of large warehouse supervisory experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; strict attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize; high analytical ability and individual and team facilitation skills including conflict resolution.
Monitors standard work to ensure a high degree of productivity, safety, service, labor and customer quality.
High analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, SAP PTP/PLE and/or other warehouse management tools.
