Wires machines, equipment and their subassemblies following layouts of electrical circuits and other written and verbal specifications. Assembly and Wiring of electrical cabinets.
Recommend improvements for area product and processes
- Proper skills in use of hand tools.
- Read and understand standard assembly layouts (schematics, blueprints)
- Know and follow Lockout out process (Lock,Tag,Try).
- Report Job labor correctly.
- Read and understand Bill of Materials.
- Assemble electrical panels and cabinets with minimal assistance.
- Improve visual and physical neatness of assembly.
- Make corrections or changes to electrical cabinets and electrical panels in process when required.
- Understand and support Company philosophies, goals and directions including ISO 9001 and 14001 policies and procedures.
- Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to line wire machines.
- Reports irregularities to supervision.

The Electrical Assembler's primary function is to read and understand work orders as well as assemble, test, and inspect light fixtures and individual components. You will assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or workbench process.
You will enter complete and accurate work order information as required.
You will perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans.

Knowledge and understanding of best engineering practices for design of automation systems, power management systems, human-machine interface software and PLC programming
Working knowledge of test equipment and diagnostic instruments for automation and power management systems.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach forward, and stand for up to 12 hours, following all ergonomic principles
Ability to pick up fixtures, lamps, sheet metal, sheet metal parts, and small wires and parts
Ability to engage in repetitive motion and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures
Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds without assistance and occasionally lift more than 40 pounds with assistance
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and follow all EHS parameters as required by company policy and procedure

Assembles protection, communication, and control devices, such as switches, relays, and condensing units, as laid out in drawings and wiring diagrams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

SUMMARY: This classification requires the complete assembly, installation and test of hoists, parts and their subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications by performing the following duties. Duties will include assignment as needed in the electric, manual, and paint classification in the assembly department as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together.
Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test free movement.
Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears.
Tests or assists in testing operation of completed product.
Sub-assemblies will include, but not be limited to:transmissions, brakes, panel plates, and final assemblies.
Works from blueprints, production illustrations, process sheets, production test procedures, written and oral instructions where assembly methods and procedures are established.
This classification also requires team members to rotate into all areas of classification on a regular basis.
Transports specified parts from storage to work area manually or by using overhead crane.
Brushes lubricant on moving parts and fits parts together on bench, following blueprints.
Inserts shims between parts to realign or level parts and verifies alignment and clearance of parts with micrometers, scale, and gauges.
Bolts, screws, and rivets parts together.
Operates hydraulic press to force bearings into sleeves and flatten rivets.
Connects electric wires to terminals of subassembly.
Get work order, transmission assembly parts, assemble transmission, load transmission into fixture, and assemble motor.

Move hoist to test station perform high pot test, install chain, chain stop components, get lower switch, get high limit switch, position hoist for load test
Perform load test, connect to station tester and complete station test, scan workorder and input clock number / labor reporting.Stat to pair hoist
Make foams for packaging pack hoist, places box on pallet, scan work orders and completes make transaction.
