Lead Test engineer will be responsible for leading the test engineering team and skilled trades personnel in support activities and execute projects in testing and process improvement. This role supports plant Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost by establishing robust test system and processes and automating manufacturing processes with advanced technologies.
Provide daily test support to Switchgear facility in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Develop, implement, and document production test processes and methods.
Lead electrical safety process improvement activities and equipment risk reduction projects.

Electrical Test Engineer
This position will create and execute test plans within the test department. The test department performs functional tests on Electronics and Ordnance products, as well as integrated system tests. This position will also be called upon to assist the engineering group in developing new testing methods/approaches for critical element testing and associated validation test plans. In addition, this position will also support the manufacturing group in the development of test plans for manufacturing and to manage and expedite those test programs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide supervision in fabrication of testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
