What will I do?
You will do various types of work under minimal supervision including, troubleshooting and maintaining electrical control systems, process control systems, instrumentation, and operator interface terminals for large scale manufacturing. These systems contain multiple PLCs, Servos, HMIs, Instruments and Inspection systems. You are responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. The Andover Procter & Gamble Plant operates on a standard 5-day work week. Technicians may be required to work overtime during the week, including weekends. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. The hours of work vary from 8 hours per day. You are expected to be willing to work any shift.

Advanced Engineering Prototyping is seeking technicians to perform engineering level assembly and fabrication. This candidate will closely collaborate with design engineers, engineering planners, and engineering customers. Job responsibilities will be performed in an engineering laboratory environment.
Employee will learn and apply established RMS engineering lab policies and procedures while performing duties. These duties include reading drawings (computer or paper), 3D models, sketches, and hand written notes or redlines, then producing prototype engineering parts within those drawing specifications.
The candidate will work collaboratively with both engineering and engineering customers to obtain clarification, resolve issues, and improve designs. Work may include annotating drawings and models to identify updates or changes for engineering to incorporate. Employee will utilize various engineering and scientific drawings, manuals and other related documentation in performance of their tasks, in the development and fabrication of unique, custom engineering assemblies.
Required Skills:

This position will also include closing out and uploading production documentation to a network location along with communicating drawing/documentation redline changes to the engineering group. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Modify maintain and install PLC programs.
Develop new programs as directed.
Identify PLC problems troubleshoot and maintain updated documentation and wiring changes
Install andor change the layout of machines and mechanical equipment in a plant layout and assemble as necessary conforming to building codes and similar specifications Perform duties such as dismantling moving installing or repairing shafting conveyors hoists and other equipment.
Use measuring devices in constructing machine foundations and installing machines and equipment in correct position. Receive wiring diagrams drawings specifications and instructions covering scheduled and emergency repair installation and inspection work to be done.

Analyze all types of circuits wiring diagrams networks and drawings as required to install repair adjust calibrate construct modify replace or service all types of electronic devices and systems including communication systems electronic gauges controls and regulator power and distribution control equipment measuring recording processing and indicating devices.
Perform industrial truck repair and maintenance work on all industrial and small motorized equipment with gas diesel propane and electrical motors.
Install repair and maintain refrigeration and air condition systems and equipment. Operate and maintain heating systems boilers pumps mixes compressors and other related equipment.
Make sketches of parts and layouts design and construct adaptations or conversions of component parts including the necessary phases of development work.
Perform Preventative Maintenance inspection of assigned equipment report findings and take appropriate action. Write and perform maintenance work orders as required.
Make mechanical and electrical repairs as required in servicing electronic equipment including assembling modifying repairing and replacement of individual electronic parts within components circuit modules and printed circuit boards.
Service electronic equipment by checking testing and replacing faulty components circuit modules printed circuit boards and similar electronic devices.
Maintain install or repair all communication cables power distribution cables and wiring splicing as required.
Perform any and all types of plant wide electrical maintenance including installation of electrical conduit.
Determine need analyze and make all necessary running adjustments repairs overhauls and replacement of parts to all electrical equipment. Maintain performance inventory and maintenance records for electrical and electronic equipment.
Advise operators mechanics and other electrical maintenance personnel of standard operating procedures and requirements for electronic and electrical equipment and controls.
Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous electrical equipment noted and corrective action taken.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Familiar with PPE Mechanically inclined familiar with hand tools.
Must have heavy industrialmanufacturing experience in a high speed operation working with hydraulicpneumatic driven equipment.
Must be able to independently program troubleshoot repair PLC s and VFD s and create new programs.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with specific PLC systems including but not limited to Siemens AllenBradley Rockwell etc.

Provide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on equipment in the shop and the field
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for installation, commissioning and service of Company products in the field including VSD, RPC, POC, pump panels, time clocks and motor controllers
Oversee the electrical installation field component, and ensure that projects are in compliance with national, state, and local codes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs mechanical assembly or electronic assembly work on moderate to complex assemblies of tools designed for the oilfield industry. May perform testing of assemblies.
Assists in training and developing junior personnel. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows work process: work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies or verbal instructions.
Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in appropriate holding device
Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, solders, cements, press fits or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
Mounts, installs, attaches or performs similar operations with components or subassemblies into assemblies.
Connects component lead wires to printed circuit or routes, and connects wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals and contact points.
Performs assembly tasks such as sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching and color serializing parts and assemblies.
Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
Performs appropriate testing, when required, according to testing procedure.
Conducts visual inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Provides feedback to Engineering to contribute to the continuous improvement of manufactured equipment.
Understands and complies with Company and statutory standards, policies and procedures in respect of quality, health, safety and environment.
ISO compliant at all times.
Completes other duties as assigned that are within the physical constraints of the job.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years' experience with electro mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
ISO awareness.
SAP, Imarks and Meridian software.
Radiation Awareness.
Lithium battery awareness.
Operate Forklift & Crane.
Operate Torque Machine. (Make & Break only)
Read and understand wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings and follow instructions.
Crimping, Low and High Temp soldering techniques.
Proficient with use of multimeters & hand tools.
Requires PC Skills, knowledge of MS Office. (Excel and Word)
Good verbal communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels of co-workers.
