Your daily responsibilities include
SUMMARY
Perform duties to load and unload dishwashers, clean Food & Beverage areas, food storage and preparation equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast members.
Properly operate dish machine to clean several items including but not limited to soiled dishes, utensils and cookware. Ensure all items are clean and sanitized before returning to appropriate shelves.
Properly maintain the dish machine with the appropriate additives in order to clean and sanitize all items.
Properly maintain dish machine temperature log book.
Clean all areas of Food & Beverage facilities.
Clean and properly maintain all cooking equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, coolers and others.
Properly maintain a three compartment sink to clean various utensils and cookware.
Properly operate and clean power wash sink and salvajor as necessary.
Safely operate electric powered cart mule, electronic dumpster lift, cardboard crusher and other industrial equipment.
Communicate with guests, fellow cast members, and management in a polite, professional manner, and always practice Red Carpet service training.
Remove trash and debris throughout the Food & Beverage area.
Follow all safety rules while keeping your immediate work areas in an orderly condition.
Immediately report hazards or unsafe work conditions to your supervisor.
Immediately report product shortages to your supervisor and restock all needed supplies to properly operate your department.
Conduct self in an appropriate professional manner at all times.
Consistently follow through with the appropriate actions when asked to complete projects or tasks.
Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions as required.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Some experience in sanitation is preferred. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast members. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be able to understand and speak the English language.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the Cast member is regularly required to talk and hear. The cast member frequently is required to stand and walk. The cast member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The cast member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs occasionally. The cast member must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet expected deadlines.

About Our Job
This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with the City and County of Denver. The Public Works Department has multiple vacancies in its Operations Divisions. These vacancies may be located in multiple locations within the following divisions: Fleet Management, Solid Waste Management, Street Maintenance, Transportation & Mobility, Wastewater Management Operations and Construction sections.
This is the work that you will do:
Semi-skilled and light to heavy physical labor on a variety of construction, maintenance, and repair projects involving physical exertion and the operation of light weight motorized equipment and hand and power tools.
Operate construction equipment such as jack-hammers, air spades, shovels, rotors, metal detectors, and air drills and also hand dig, to excavate, shore, grade, and backfill trenches.
Operate light weight equipment powered by small engines for maintenance and minor construction projects and patches to asphalt and paved areas.
Break out cement, dig out areas for new cement bases, mix and pour cement for traffic control boxes, signal light poles, and pull boxes, and installs plastic PVC or metal piping in bases for traffic signal wiring.
Lift and empties heavy solid waste containers into disposal trucks, operate hydraulic compaction unit on city trash collection vehicles, and wash trucks as needed.
Place and remove barricades, cones, and other traffic control and safety devices in and around work areas for construction and maintenance projects in accordance of with traffic regulation requirements.
Observe all common safety practices associated with small engines and hand and power tool equipment operations.
Assist in training and checking the work of other employees on various projects.
Operate vehicles at a higher level of complexity on the equipment operation list and in that capacity perform pre-trip inspections.
By position, perform seasonal street maintenance duties such as snow plowing, salting and sanding, removing snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, seats, ramps, and parking lots and hauls ice and snow away by truck.

We train to promote to Equipment Operator positions.

Participate in the snow removal program.
Street Maintenance
Standard job assignments may include any or all of the following: raking, shoveling, grade control, asphalt plant maintenance, manhole adjustments, pothole preparation and repair, the use of various hand/power tools, flagging, setting traffic control devices, guiding trucks, median maintenance, flyer distribution, pedestrian bridge maintenance, and job site maintenance.
Must have CDL B and Tanker endorsement by the end of probation.

Transportation & Mobility
Primary responsibility is laborer for installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of traffic control signs and pavement markings.
We train to promote Traffic Operations positions.

Utility Worker
A Utility Worker is responsible for performing the physical janitorial tasks of emptying trash containers, cleaning up boxes and other debris in the warehouse and operating certain pieces of cleaning machinery.
Position Description
The Utility Worker empties trash containers, throws away all boxes, packaging and debris accumulated in the warehouse, operates the sweeper when required, acts as a member of the spill clean-up team, and performs a variety of other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
The Utility worker is responsible for various tasks throughout the production area. These tasks may include packaging trimmings, debagging raw materials, and loading materials into the streamline in-feed hoppers. Other tasks may be assigned as needed to facilitate production.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Each employee is responsible for the food safety and quality of our products.
Trim Station: Accurately and safely fill, weigh, and seal boxes of production trim. Assure that all trim is passed through the inline metal detector prior to packaging. Paletize and label all completed boxes for transfer to the freezer.
Debagging Station: Open vacuum packaged product for processing in the production facility. Assure that all product is passed through the intervention cabinets and that the cabinets are operational. Assure that proper product separation is maintained while processing through intervention cabinets.
Stock Product Picking: Retrieve finished products from stock to fill orders directly or prepare finished items for rework.
Production Quality Assessments: Review produced products for weigh tolerances and trim quality. Report all findings to Production Supervisors.
Raw Materials Auditing: Audit raw materials for supplier specifications and report findings to Production Supervisors.
Yield Testing: Complete yield tests at the direction of production supervisors.
Safely and effectively utilize hand tools, knives, strappers and conveyors to complete assigned job tasks.
Provide communication to supervisor of any discrepancies between cutting tickets and normal customer purchases.
Properly label all products and equipment to conform to all legal and safety regulations.
Properly and accurately distribute products to assigned containers or conveyors for packaging or further processing.
Ensure that all product specifications are being met according to guidelines.
Maintain work areas in compliance with HACCP and Sysco Corp. guidelines.
Properly clean, store and maintain all knives, scales, etc. assigned to the employee.
Maintain profitability by monitoring product yields and meeting deadlines for product readiness.

Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel has provided faith-based, whole person care to the community since it opened in 2012. Every detail of our 83-bed facility is purposefully designed to create an environment of healing for mind, body and spirit. Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment from outpatient services to our surgical suites and inpatient care. In 2013, we also opened a 50,000-square foot Health and Wellness Center that includes an indoor track, group exercise areas, and an aquatics center with a lap pool to help community members achieve optimal health. In August 2015, the hospital began construction on am expansion that will open in December of 2016, significantly increasing the number of inpatient beds, surgical suites, and emergency department rooms.
You will be responsible for:
Transports food carts and other equipment, as appropriate, to designated areas of the facility in a courteous and professional manner following departmental procedures.
Delivers par stock supplies to identified units and cleans as per department policy and procedures.

DEFINITION
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of manual, semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the construction, maintenance, repair and operation of the City's streets, sidewalks, signs, sewers, storm drains, pump stations, parks, tot lots, medians, gardens, irrigation systems or municipal buildings. Tasks often require considerable physical strength and stamina and may be performed in inclement weather and/or potentially hazardous conditions.
Worker may be called back to work during emergencies. Performs related work as required.
CLASSIFICATION CHARACTERISTICS
Utility Maintenance Worker is the entry level to the following classification series: Building Maintenance Worker I/II, Collection System Maintenance Worker I/II, Groundskeeper/Gardener I/II, Street Maintenance Worker I/II, and Water Maintenance Worker I/II.
Candidates from the Utility Maintenance Worker Employment List may be appointed in any one of several City departments. They will initially be under close supervision, performing the least skilled and most repetitive tasks while learning to use and apply the methods, materials, tools and equipment involved. Incumbents normally advance to Level II after at least two years of successful experience and demonstrating proficiency for the Level II work.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Work assignments may be in any one of the maintenance area programs: building/facility operation and maintenance, water/wastewater system delivery and maintenance, parks, median and grounds maintenance, and streets and sewer maintenance. Sweeps rubbish and leaves from gutters; loads and unloads trucks in a variety of situations; excavates and fills trenches and ditches; does manual work in preparing surfaces for paving, mixing cement, and breaking up paved surfaces using such tools as shovel, rake, jackhammer, tampers, and tar kettle; does manual or the more routine work of laying pipe, backfilling, and installing water meters; acts as a helper to skilled craftsworkers assisting in the more routine aspects of carpentry, plumbing, heating, minor electrical and mechanical repair, and painting including street painting; does manual park work not requiring prior knowledge or skill in gardening.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of: The purpose, safe use and maintenance of hand tools and small power equipment.
General construction and maintenance methods, materials, and terminology. Safe working techniques and requirements.
Ability to: Safely and skillfully use hand tools, operate light mechanical equipment, and perform heavy manual labor.
Comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and safety warnings and information. Learn to perform more skilled tasks, such as producing manual and computer-generated reports and schedules and installation and maintenance of current job-related equipment or devices. Work independently.
Maintain an appropriate public service demeanor and positive customer service interactions. I: Perform sustained, strenuous manual labor; climb, lift, crawl, stoop and bend to reach work; and work outdoors in temperature extremes and inclement weather
Experience: One year, full-time, paid experience in construction, maintenance or other semi-skilled, physical work.
Education: Completion of the tenth grade. Graduation from high school or the equivalent is desirable and required to advance to Level II in the flexible classification series.
