Samples are taken by attaching 2" hose to sample ports along the underground pipeline system. Attaching hose to these points involves twisting, and pulling, motion. The individual must also be able to open and close large valves on 20" product receiving and delivering pipelines quickly. Opening and closing these large valves involves twisting and pulling motion and sometimes considerable physical exertion.

The GSE Servicer inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The GSE Servicer services equipment with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed air, prepares GSE for storage and transportation, uses automated maintenance data systems to maintain equipment records, and document maintenance actions and maintains external fuel and grounding systems. In addition, this servicer stencils and marks GSE in accordance with technical publications, stores, handles, labels, uses, and disposes of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and federal environmental standards and regulations, operates, cleans, inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles. This worker maintains vehicle records, maintains and updates paper and electronic equipment records, provides dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent is desired. Must practice good housekeeping, tool control, Foreign Object Damage prevention and safety at all times.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is to assist non-delinquent customers by courteously answering and addressing issues in an effort to satisfy our customer's needs. The CSS receives inbound customer calls to professionally assist customers with billing discrepancies, payoff and statement inquiries as well as negotiate future payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and procedures. The CSS must balance taking the time to resolve non-delinquent accounts while doing so in an expedient and professional manner. The CSS will have the ability to diagnose and diffuse upset customers by utilizing listening and bridging skills. All known trends shall be communicated to management in an effort to mitigate unnecessary calls, customer complaints and potential delinquency.

Assist in the investigation of energy diversion. Appear in court hearings as needed.
Initiate investigation orders relating to customer service and bill information. Prepare service applications and discontinuance orders in field as necessary.
Read billing meters as may be assigned.

Mobile Equipment Servicer Operating from a mobile fuel station and/or tanker, the Mobile Equipment Servicer performs the following duties:

The Aircraft Servicer directs incoming and outgoing aircraft near the terminal area to assist pilot's maneuvering of the aircraft on the ground, using hand or light signals or drives light truck with guiding sign. Secures aircraft in parking position with blocks and stakes.
Services aircraft to include: replenish fuel, oil, water, oxygen, and hydraulic fluid. Checks for fuel contamination by draining sumps. Operates ground support equipment such as electrical power supply and engine starting units.
Examines tires for specified air pressure and condition. Positions and removes boarding platforms to unload or load aircraft passengers. May deice aircraft wings and assemblies, using glycol mixture. May install drag chutes or retrieve them and send them to parachute shop for re-packing.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to include: frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling and stooping. Ability to communicate verbally. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
