Fft-Cw Supervisor (Mental Health Program Director A)
The Behavioral Health Community Services (BHCS) division provides a continuum of community-based behavioral health and supportive programs to assist individuals in their recovery from mental illness and/or addictive disorders. The Mental Health Program Director
- A (Functional Family Therapy Supervisor) provides supervision and day-to-day oversight of the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) programs. The incumbent has specialized training in the FFT evidence-based model. He/she works under the direction of the BHCS Clinical & Support Services Manager.
55% Management of Clinical Staff
Supervises the FFT program staff, and the CPST staff members per JPHSA's Staff Development & Supervision Guidelines. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures. Initiates corrective and/or disciplinary action as warranted. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Educates and consults the clinical team regarding model compliant delivery of services through weekly group supervision per FFT model.
Oversees, reviews, and monitors staff schedules to ensure weekly productivity and billing standards are consistently met.
Collects data and completes reports documenting (a) program services and activities, (b) clinical outcomes, (c) program-specific service contract requirements, (d) authorizations for third party reimbursement, and (e) performance and quality improvement activities.
Reviews Plans of Care for clinical appropriateness and ensuring review for needed updates every six (6) months.
Monitors fidelity to evidence-based and best practice models by reviewing delivery of services.
Ensures program outcomes are met consistently.
Presents cases to psychiatrist of JPHSA's JeffCare Health Centers (as needed).
25% Indirect Services
Develops and maintains highly professional and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and referral sources.
Schedules and attends a minimum of once monthly staffing meetings with representatives of the Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) to review service recipient progress, and facilitates an in depth understanding of the FFT model.
Communicates weekly with representatives of DJS. Contacts should include face-to-face meetings whenever possible, to best serve the identified population.
Communicates monthly with the representatives of DJS, Families in Need of Services, and other programs to stimulate appropriate FFT and CPST program referrals; maintains an image of professional excellence; and participates in community-based-efforts to develop and sustain services sufficient to meet the needs of families in Jefferson Parish.
Meets bi-monthly, or as directed with the Behavioral Health Community Services Division's community supervisor team meetings to coordinate assignments of cases with the Functional Family Therapy- Child Welfare (FFT-CW), Multi-Systemic Therapy, Community Psychiatric Support & Treatment (CPST), and other treatment programs. The incumbent works with the JPHSA centralized care coordinator and other supervisors and program staff members to manage incoming referrals to ensure assignment of cases and timely feedback to referral sources.
Maintains weekly and other regular contact with the FFT expert assigned to JPHSA to ensure compliance with all model requirements.
Monthly monitoring of service recipient records including the FFT Client Services System (CSS) to ensure timely documentation of services per Council on Accreditation (C.O.A.) standards and other FFT requirements.
15% Provision of Direct Service Time
The incumbent maintains a productivity standard of 10% billable services per requirements of the FFT model for supervisors. Provisions of services include:
Performs comprehensive assessments and evaluations using appropriate diagnostic interviews, model specific assessment instruments, and other clinical protocols as per established JPHSA policies & procedures.
Carries a caseload of three to five cases per FFT model guidelines.
Maintains a flexible schedule to ensure capacity to provide services within and outside of the traditional 8:00AM to 4:30PM work cycle, and within the service recipient's home or designated community setting. Services may be delivered in any setting deemed clinically appropriate. Must transport service recipients in agency vehicles. Incumbent must have a current driver's license, proof of insurance and clean driving record. Incumbent cannot transport service recipients in his/her personal vehicle.
Completes all clinical and service related documentation in the electronic health record at JPHSA and in the CSS per established policies, procedures and protocols.
Actively participates in regularly scheduled supervisory meetings with supervisor.
Completes all mandatory trainings.
Completes mandatory training required by JPHSA, as well as any additional training required for licensure with the appropriate licensing board. The clinician maintains license or registration appropriate to profession and appropriate to job requirement.
Reports to work on time and requests leave as outlined in policy. Accountable for monitoring and managing his/her own and direct supervisees' use of annual, sick, and leave without pay to maintain the continuity of tasks, assignments, and projects for which the work unit is responsible.
Completes other duties designed to meet division and/or Authority needs.
This position fluctuates between an active and sedentary role, i.e. requires long periods of sitting at times and long periods of standing/walking at other times. Requires driving in the community.

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience by fostering long-lasting, meaningful relationships. You will help customers with everyday transactions, build rapport and introduce them to our One Chase family. You will also teach clients how to use self-service options – help them enroll in & use tools so they can bank how, when and where they want. The minimum hourly rate for this job is $15.00 per hour.
You'll contribute significantly to the success of the branch and helping customers by:
Engaging the client by welcoming them warmly with a pleasant demeanor, using the client name, whenever possible, and thanking them for doing business with Chase
Assisting customers and making clients feel appreciated
Helping customers learn how to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever and however they want with self-service options, including the Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs with expert knowledge in our self-service and digital platform
Exhibiting strong customer service skills, presenting consumer-bank focused products and services while proactively educating clients on utilizing available access channels
Proactively collaborating with others to help customers
Helping build relationships with customers by connecting them with team members who can help them address their financial needs
Ensuring financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures and regulatory and banking requirements
Supporting customer with traditional banking needs and complex service transactions putting the customer's needs at the center of everything
Providing proactive customer outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help customers meet their consumer banking and investment goals
Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and always be courteous and professional in a team environment
Strong desire and ability to influence, educate and connect customers to technology
Exudes confidence with clients when sharing product knowledge and solutions
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and time management
Professional, thorough and organized with strong follow-up skills
Active listening skills to ensure the best way forward is identified for each customer
Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately; delivers solutions that make our One Chase products work together
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
