Responsibilities
Program and operate placement machine and stencil printers
Operate wave-soldering machine
Lead change-over process
Performs machine set-up and performs parts value verification
Lead tear down through rapid changeover practices
Perform First Place Inspection
Manage machine efficiency-up time
Read production schedules and operations manuals, as well as receive verbal instructions
Adjust machine controls to regulate operating speeds
Clean parts and interior of machine
Tend equipment involved in chemically cleaning PWB assemblies. Ensure that equipment is clean. Visually inspect cleaned assemblies for blemishes.
Maintain production reports and undertake activities as assigned/required
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning including preventative maintenance tasks
May be responsible for routine SMT rework

Machine Operator II - C Shift
The Machine Operation II position is responsible for the safe operation of high speed packaging equipment and ongoing cost effective operations in a multi-shift setting. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator II ensures the setup, safe operation, monitoring, cleanliness and quality standards of equipment. Ensures the compliance of all prestart Safety and Quality requirements and sign off of required checklists in order to ensure package integrity and appearance and maximize optimum packaging of finished product, in a world class facility.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead and instruct a team of co-workers on each piece of can line equipment.
Be able to perform and instruct co-workers on the proper operations of the can line equipment to include how to set up, make adjustments and perform change overs.
Organize required activities and provide direction to co-workers on the can line and be able to calibrate and make adjustments to the equipment.
Perform all necessary quality checks on all aspects of product including but not limited to seaming and labeling. Perform all necessary quality checks and calibrations of equipment. Visually inspect product for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for rework. Perform and provide instruction regarding proper sanitation of the can line equipment.
Perform and lead team on all safety checks for the can line equipment.
Ensure proper placement of identification labels on each carton.
Ensure proper documentation of quality checks, case counts, rework, control points for HACCP and trace ability are made.
Communicate with control room on coffee needs and verification and communicate with quality control, the maintenance department and warehouse when needed.
Document film usage, rejected materials and rework.
Verify case counts at the completion of a run.
Make minor repairs and/or adjustments to equipment as needed.
Assist with other packaging lines as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a qualified Machine Operator, required.
Must have a demonstrated history of safe work habits
Ability of perform heavy lifting duties as required
Willing to work cooperative in a team environment
Skills assessments will be required

About the role:
Main function is the safe operation of processing equipment in accordance with operating regulations and procedures in order to assure proper care of customer product. Involved in the placement and retrieval of biological sampling devices to monitor appropriate processing levels. Will assist in the direction and support of Material handler activities.

We are searching for a skilled Packaging Machine Operator II to join our team at GA Foods! This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and tearing down a multiple sizing case erector, utilizing over a dozen types of boxes. Key Accountabilities
Applies basic skills to ensure that products are meeting all company specifications, and ensuring that all job duties that affect safety, legality, and quality standards are addressed. Start up and break down of equipment
Set up the box taping machines to the proper product specifications, and ensure all paperwork pertaining to samples, case codes, and any other job related material be complete and legible before end of shift
Proper communication of issues to coworkers or the proper department(s) (ie. Sanitation, Maintenance, or Quality Assurance) as needed
Report any products that are visually out of company and quality standards to the production supervisors

Position Summary:
Operates machinery to make part to print specification. Shake out and stack parts as needed. Maintains order discipline, ensure quality parts are made and delivered to production lines. Ability to load, unload, move, count/pick, stack and stage product and materials using a sit down forklift, stand-up forklift, or other MHE as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English fluently
At least 2 years of manufacturing or distribution operations experience required
Knowledge of or familiar with GMP's/HACCP
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Proficiently operate all line equipment and be Subject Matter Experts for multiple pieces of equipment
Knowledge of batch recording and material handling procedures
Ability to recommend corrective actions
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills (using High Jump and RF scan guns)
Advanced SAP and other Software knowledge and responsibilities
Certification on PIT to perform multiple tasks within a department (if required)
Demonstrate the ability to begin the Root Cause Analysis process
Decision Making/ Problem Solving:
Trouble-shoot issues before making adjustments on the machines after training is completed
Working with the maintenance department on improvements
Changing parts of the machines to operate with different types of products
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in Food environment or Consumer product
Experience and previous certification with operating PIT equipment (stand up/sit down forklift) a plus
Experience using WMS or ERP system with RF scanning a plus

Basic Machine Licensed X-Ray Operator I Or II - Walsingham Urgent Care
The Basic Machine Operator I or II - Urgent Care supports urgent care offices with patient x-ray services. Assists physicians with patient examination, procedures and treatment.
This position supports high volume and/or specialty providers. Responsible for patient histories, routine lab procedures and preparation of specimens for transport to the lab. Follows up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patient, provides and maintains patient education materials, maintains medical equipment, inventories clinical and drug supplies.
May obtain clinical, financial and demographic information. Create and maintain patient charts. File charts and reports.
Performs other duties as assigned. Required specific skills also includes medication protocols.
The BMO position will be performing70% medical assistant duties (room patient, obtain chief complaint/reason forvisit, vitals, blood draws, injections, EKG), and other clinical duties on a dailybasis. Will also perform basic x-ray as needed and requires a State of FloridaBasic X-ray (BMO) License. Previous medical assistant, urgentcare, occupational medicine, or workers comp experience is a plus.
The clinic hoursfor this BayCare Urgent Care location are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through
Friday and 9:00 to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Work Schedule for this position is atwelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (or until last patient leaves) Mondaythrough Friday, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or until the last patient leaves) on Saturdayand Sunday with a Two Days On, then Two Days off Rotation. This will include every other weekend.
