Eretail Manager, Sephora Urban Decay
Urban Decay is seeking an eRetail Manager, Sephora to join our team in Newport Beach, CA.
POSITION PURPOSE
The role of the eRetail Manager, Sephora is to oversee the day-to-day business of Sephora.com, with a focus of sell in & sell through. This role is responsible for inventory management through supervising stock on hand, out-of-stocks, allocations, purchase orders and shipments. Drive retail sales through strategic sales analysis, reporting, and pursing opportunities with events, marketing, merchandising, and inventory. Partner with eRetail and social teams internally to plan out Sephora.com specific campaigns. Support the overall growth of Sephora.com business by executing both the brand strategy and the retailer strategy. Manage Sephora side-by-side sales & content calendar, working with the digital creative department to obtain assets that meet account requirements in a timely manner. He/She will be responsible for maintaining the product assortments on site to meet launch deadlines and delete/remove products which are no longer available. Support the eRetail & Account AVPs in the execution of strategies, maintaining outstanding relationships with the retailer, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inventory Management and Planning
o Manage inventory flows and fulfillment with a 360-degree awareness of stock levels, inventory delivery, purchase order shipment, and appropriate timing of new launch fulfillment
o Work closely with brand and retailer planning teams to plan and forecast new launch inventory levels and sell-through timing, basic replenishment needs, sampling allocation and delivery, and stock level management on both a total and a by-door level
o Coordinate with internal demand planning and supply chain teams to understand brand-wide inventory, secure allocations, and communicate retailer forecasts/needs
o Communicate detailed and precise monthly and seasonal allocations to retailer ecommerce buying and planning teams in a timely manner
o Manage Sephora.com specific expedited shipping requests and budget approval from finance
o Partner with leadership on Weekly WOWs and promotional item offerings
o Work with marketing team on sampling for the year, creating allocations to support the business needs and product offering
Assist in go-to-market & strategic alignment/ workshop preparation.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
o Execute reporting by the required deadlines with an extremely high level of accuracy, reliability and consistency
o Track and report on WTD, MTD & YTD sales/RAF/forecast reports, MOB, SOV/SOS, and other ad-hoc reports as needed; present sales analysis to upper management and sales team in weekly meetings
o Consistently and accurately maintain all tracking reports pertaining to weekly and seasonal business
o Analyze mix-of-business and specific category selling
§ Manage Sephora eCommerce Business
o Collaborate with retailer teams to create marketing calendar
§ Annual sampling program inclusive VIB, Birthday, Rouge programs and other ecommerce specific requests
§ Work with Sephora buying & marketing teams for dedicated email and site placements
§ Review site updates, copy, content etc.
o Partner with UD creative team on updates: model photography, product shots, copy, and opportunities for new and exciting brand pages (new collections, messaging, etc.)
o Work with Creative Operations to ensure timely deliveries of e-commerce updates
- Marketing:
o Work closely with in-house Creative teams to execute all visual and copy needs of the retailer ecommerce business
o Create, submit and track all Robohead tickets for ecommerce business
o Review and get approvals from internal creative team for emails
o Ensure alignment/execution of product launches, page updates, & social activations are aligned and executed.
o Work across departments including Creative, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Marketing and Social to manage/execute campaign & growth initiatives that generate brand specific .COM site traffic, conversions, engagement/awareness, and sales. Inclusive of content delivery, support of paid digital/social programs, and samples & GWP budget/delivery.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Bachelor's degree and interest in the luxury industry. MBA is preferred.
5 to 7 years of progressive experience managing a high volume business-to-consumer eCommerce and digital marketing.

Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for the preparation and application of paint and related coatings and wall coverings to interior and exterior surfaces of on and off-site locations of the facility
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel or lacquer to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings and fixtures or all Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino properties using brushes, rollers, high and low volume spray equipment
Applies paint with cloth, brush, sponge, fingers or plastic to create special effects. Simulates wood grain, marble, brick tile or other specialty effects
Smooth surfaces and removes old paint from surfaces for painting; prepares surfaces as appropriate and cost effective; fills voids with putty type filler; removes and replaces wall fixtures
Selects premixed paints, color matches or mixes required portions of pigment, oil and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors
Erects scaffolding or sets up ladders to perform tasks above ground level
Maintains a clean, safe, work environment within area of responsibility
Qualifications
High School diploma or trade school certificate. Preferably one (1) year of related experience in specialty coatings or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Work Environment:

Wash and treat surfaces with oil, turpentine, mildew remover, or other preparations, and sand rough spots to ensure that finishes will adhere properly.
Mix and match colors of paint, stain, or varnish with oil and thinning and drying additives in order to obtain desired colors and consistencies. Respiratory protection is common and required in many applications.
Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules.

Overview:
The Sitecore Developer position performs the full range of web design, web development, and full stack configuration and support. In this role, you will collaborate with the designers, business users and outside consultants to bring Revlon's vision to life within the Sitecore Enterprise CMS.
