GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure family and community involvement in program development, and in the implementation of wrap around services and integrated school-based mental health for children and families served in the Fort Peck Reservation communities in Montana. A primary task will be to increase, support and diversify family participation in individual child and family decision making, and in evaluation efforts with the effect of ensuring that practices reflect the family and community culture using the wrap around philosophy of care.
This function is carried out through direct contact with family members, schools, tribal entities, service participants, mental health professionals, and advocacy organizations. Coordination with other state agencies, local and tribal government, private providers and individual practitioners, advocacy groups and other local stakeholders or contractors is expected.
Wrap Around Facilitator is the key family contact responsible for outreach efforts to family members and youth active in wraparound service provision. The Wrap Around Facilitator will:
1.Provide information and education to, and receive recommendations and feedback from family members, youth, school staff, and organizations who serve them to support meaningful participation in planning at the individual and system level in wraparound service provision.
a. Provide wrap around facilitation for identified youth, maintaining a caseload of at least 8 families.
b. Support and mentor families and youth who wish to participate in the wrap around process.
c. Assist families and youth receiving services or in need of mental health services to connect with each other and to develop a support network.
d. Contact individual family members to provide information as requested about resources available or to listen to complaints/concerns about their experience.
e. Directly assist family members at times by referring them to appropriate resources.
f. Develop written guidance for families, youth and relevant stakeholders in schools and in the community to navigate the mental health system.
g. Collaborate with school staff (e.g. school counselors, school psychologists, etc.) to embed the wraparound process in the systems and structures of the school to support youth with mental health needs.
2.Participate in and provide training
a. Participate in wrap around facilitator training and mentoring processes for certification.
b. Provide informational training sessions for school staff about mental health and the wrap around process as needed.
c. Identify other training needs and recommend ways to address these.
3.Increase family and youth involvement in planning and policy making system.
a. Provide recommendations to schools, child serving partner agencies and programs, tribal entities, providers of mental health services, and others about strategies for meaningful family and youth involvement in wraparound services and integrated school-based mental health.
b. Assist with school, tribal, provider and agency training, conferences, meetings to increase the understanding of providers about the family's and youth's perspective and how to improve partnerships with family members and improve positive outcomes for youth.
First hand knowledge and professional experience working with schools, tribes, and the children's mental health service system.
Basic knowledge of the children's public mental health system, including wrap around and evidence based best practice models and approach.
Willingness to become trained and to provide support through the wrap around process.

The Sr. Manager is responsible to lead and oversee the operational execution of Teva's clinical studies from Phase I to Phase IV, in terms of cost, quality, timeliness and efficiency, while assuring patient safety and data quality and integrity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the operational plans for clinical deliverables for assigned complex and/or multiple studies in parallel, effectively implementing design excellence in line with the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) and ensuring the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Front End Specialist
TITLE: Front End Specialist
REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Operations Supervisor
WORK SCHEDULE: Flexibility in scheduling; early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays required.
This Team Member has to provide excellent customer service and an experience that exceeds customer expectations. The Front End Specialist impacts the company by satisfying our customers who shop at our stores, driving rewards sign ups of new members and ensures existing rewards members are asked for their loyalty cards during each transaction. The individual in this role trains Team Members to smile and say "Thank You" to each customer they service. The Front End Specialist acts as a backup for the Team Members and is responsible for all front end transactions. Specialists may work in multiple areas of the store during each shift, therefore flexibility is key. This Team Member must act with the A.C. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide an excellent experience for all customers by providing and training for exceptional customer service.
Drive high checkout speed and accuracy by ensuring adequate cashiers are open and lines are being managed.
Perform advanced transactions such as price adjustments, refunds and exchanges.
Ensure product placement and displays reflect planner direction and front end planogram integrity.
Supervise, oversee, and assist Team Members with front end functions; will ring registers, as needed.
Ensure customer issues are brought to the attention of the MOD.
Replenish merchandise on shelves and displays in the front end area.
Trains and coaches all Team Members to drive reward card and VIP signups in order to meet company expectations.
Drive Gift Card sales to meet company expectations.
Answer telephones with standard A.C. Moore greeting.
Perform timely cash reconciliation prior to store opening, counting cash register drawers and prepare tills to go into register.
Follow all maintenance and recovery standards per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at the front end area.
Organize returns at the front end according to department.
Assign registers to Team Members based on store schedule.
Schedule meals and breaks to ensure sufficient register coverage at all times.
Forward Team Member call outs to the Manager on Duty and complete daily call out log.
Assist with cash register certification training for new hires and recertification for all Team Members as required.
Communicate front end supply needs to the Operations Supervisor.
Handle light janitorial duties such as sweeping, cleaning the restroom and breakroom and taking the garbage to the dumpster.
Comply with all A.C. Moore policies outlined in the Employment Handbook, including dress code and attendance, and company's Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform other duties as requested.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Previous customer service experience required.
