We are looking for a highly effective (Senior-) Solution / Functional Architects (SA) to join the Salesforce Services Team that helps customers successfully transform on the Salesforce platform. The (Senior-) Solution Architect will have responsibility for supporting our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, lending his/her expertise to the delivery of world class Salesforce implementations and building the necessary and valuable relationships both internally and externally.

Handle C- level relationships/expectations and building strong relationships with all key stakeholders and team members
Understand and present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Core Cloud architecture and integration capabilities
Establish Trusted Advisor status with Business and Technology stakeholders
Lead consultative engagements with clients on their process, business and technical challenges
Ensure sustainable, scalable, best practice solutions to meet and exceed customer needs
Develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the solution design to include discussion documents and other project artifacts
Where required hands-on application configuration/customization to meet client needs
Establish domain/industry vertical expertise and broad application expertise
Collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery. Provide feedback to Engagement Managers and Executive Sponsors when necessary.
Submit billable time for projects, and attain or exceed personal billable utilization targets
Collaborate with salesforce.com-certified service partners, product management, R&D, and extended project team for all engagements
Remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers and innovations including the Salesforce product set
Where required, support deep-dive pre-sales activity to position successful delivery of the Salesforce solutions
Travel regularly with average of 50% but may be higher as client engagements require
Bachelors Degree (minimum) required
5+ years relevant consulting experience for the SA and 10+ years for the Senior SA position
Experience collaborating on a strategic delivery team
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn new things and to adapt to new situations
Keen ability to quickly understand customer's processes and connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the application
Expert in the assessment of business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support

The Analytics Center of Excellence
Our new Analytics Center of Excellence (Analytics COE) harnesses our global healthcare insights, working closely with our clinical and therapeutic experts to power evidence-driven design, speed site activation and recruit the right patients, faster. Manager, Product Development - the role
In this role, you will be acting as a Product Manager for Offerings development. You will own the strategy, vision and roadmap for critical data science product offerings, serving as the primary champion for your product offering(s). You will work with business stakeholders to help define each product offering, capturing key operational needs and success measures for the development efforts.
In addition to working closely with business stakeholders, you will collaborate with the ACOE development team, ensuring that the business requirements are appropriately translated and detailed into actionable stories within the product backlog. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the development team regarding key goals, and act as the primary liaison to the business, ensuring ongoing visibility to development progress.
Your typical activities might include:
Defining the vision and success measures for prioritized product offering(s), in collaboration with business stakeholders
Gathering and supporting prioritization of product requirements, providing recommendations, as appropriate
Developing and managing project roadmaps for product offering(s), integrating the product strategy, inclusive of timelines, risks, and dependencies
Driving product development by coordinating with global analytics team members developing offering
Proactively identifying and addressing issues for development team, in order to avoid delays
Support product offering documentation requirements, including formal communication and presentations for business stakeholders and executive leadership
Offering mentoring and coaching in a quickly growing team that is key to delivering differentiating solutions for QuintilesIMS
Job Requirements Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years' clinical research experience including 3 years' product/project management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
