LASER ENGRAVING - EXPERT
Looking for a part-time (sub-contractor) that is not only an expert-level professional in Laser Engraving Machines (preferably Epilog), but who also is capable, and feels comfortable instructing or presenting material to small to mid-sized audiences with audio-visual aids.
Although the majority of this project will not require an oral presentation, it instead will require you to analyze a process/workflow to figure out its uniqueness with respect to what is considered industry-standard practice. By using your Laser Engraving skills, you should be able to distinguish the elements that make our design process unique, and we will document this process to help us present it to a non-expert audience.
The ideal candidate will posses excellent writing and spoken English language skills.
The sub contracting position may require traveling time all of which will be paid at the same hourly rate.

Position Title:Laser Engraving Technician
Status: FT/ Non-Exempt
Reports To: Supervisor, Production
The Laser Engraving Technician is primarily responsible for engraving precious metals and crystal cube keepsakes. This is a fast-paced, micro-manufacturing environment, as multiple orders are received and processed daily. The Laser Engraving Technician will be expected to work quickly and efficiently utilizing the latest software and machines. All job functions will relate to the production of Legacy Touch Keepsake consumer orders. The Laser Engraving Technician will also assist in the development testing of new product pieces. This position is required to work an 8-hr workday (9am-6pm), possibly moving to a later shift in the future.
· Extensive laser technology work experience, some college coursework or an Associate’s degree
· One or more years’ experience operating laser and/or machine operator experience in a manufacturing production environment
· Active position which requires frequent lifting and moving as it pertains to the laser machinery

· Perform laser cleaning to keep equipment at peak operating performance
· Responsible for access to company safes and compliance with all procedures related to access

Responsibilities include supervising, planning, and assigning the work of licensed sex offender treatment providers responsible for providing treatment services directly to youth assigned to a TJJD state-operated high security correctional facility and coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating program activities at the assigned facility.
Treatment services and activities include assessment, supplemental psychosexual education classes, short-term treatment, pre- and post-treatment services, and intensive residential treatment. No later than two years after employment, this position becomes responsible as needed for the clinical development of unlicensed treatment providers working toward primary mental health licensure and certification as a licensed sex offender treatment provider. Work involves working in partnership with other clinical supervisors to establish program goals and objectives; develop schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals; develop program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations.
