What is a Customer Sales Representative Single Route?
The Customer Sales Representative (Single Route) sells and delivers Schwan's products to retail stores on an assigned route according to the national customer service standards. The incumbent is further responsible for delivering against designated revenue/volume targets and driving superior in-store execution.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieves maximum retail sales by selling and delivering products to existing customers on assigned routes.
Ensures all products are delivered in a safe and timely manner.
Achieves national customer service standards on all deliveries and in- store execution.
Maximizes in-store opportunities through incremental sales activity and increases product display space in retail stores.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with store level personnel.
Effectively handles and resolves any customer complaints.
Stocks and maintains products on store shelves.
Maintains product displays monitors product codes and ensures retail price tags are properly displayed.
Achieves annual KPI metrics for the DSD Retail Sales organization.
Maintains compliance with all DOT rules and regulations as well as Company safety regulations policies and procedures- including reporting and record keeping.
Communicates with manager and/or local affiliates on truck condition issues.
Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
Must have skills:
Basic math and English speaking skills
Valid Driver's License
Must be at least 21 years of age
Access to a cell phone device for phone and text capabilities
Must meet the Federal Department of Transportation medical certification requirements and driver eligibility, including the ability to secure and maintain a Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement

The Warehouse Materials Handler position is responsible for bin blending, bagging, palletizing, and loading finished goods for shipment.
Specific duties include the following:
Set up and operate portable blower
Bag and weigh finished product
Load, wrap and stack pallets
Log finished product and lot numbers daily
Assist in loading trucks and containers
Assist in unloading incoming raw materials
Perform scheduled equipment lubrication
Maintain all equipment in proper working order by
performing simple "on-line" maintenance, and reporting all
needs to management and maintenance department
Must be able to operate a forklift. Must follow all plant safety rules, keep work area clean, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Fork Truck operating experience preferred
Ability to communicate well and follow written and verbal instructions.
Handling of 50 to 55 pounds weights is common in bag handling. Occasional heavier weights may be encountered during cleanup.

The Health Information Assistant is an integral member of the health care team. Health Information Assistants are responsible for maintaining clinical records on each resident consistent with the medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care delivery system.
The knowledge of the Health Information Assistant is needed as part of maintaining components of health information systems in long term care. Maintaining records that are accurate, systematically organized, complete and readily accessible is essential.
Maintains Resident Medical Record documenting the course of the entire resident stay; Assists the Nursing Department in Facilitating Information and Documentation Changes; Transcribes physicians' or nurse practitioner's orders; Originates paperwork for discharges, hospital transfers, physician appointments; schedules appointments and arranging transportation for residents; Coordinates lab requirements for residents; Orders and maintains oxygen usage; Orders supplies as delegated by DON; Answer telephones and act as receptionist, assisting, answering or referring questions for residents, family and staff

Operations Assistant Manager
