Semiconductor Manufacturing Operator
MACOM is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic semiconductor manufacturing operator for our Lowell Fab. The operator will report into the manufacturing team and perform general manufacturing duties on the production floor such as fabrication (lithography, etch, metals, diffusion, implant, etc.) or electrical wafer test operation.
Perform a variety of functions in the production of semiconductor devices in a cleanroom environment
Set-up, operate, load, and monitor specialized equipment to ensure quality product is produced
May be responsible for monitoring equipment operation, inspecting final product, cleaning the work environment, and performing data entry.
Work on one of our 12 hour compressed work week night shifts (6:00pm to 6:00am, alternating 3 or 4 days a week)
Must have high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years prior manufacturing experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or test.
Ability to sit or stand for 12 hours at a time with the flexibility to work day or night shifts for training purposes. But, these are 12 hour night shift positions.

Manufacturing Equipment Technician - Etch
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at ON Semiconductor, you will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in the Etch area. The equipment you support is critical for 24x7 manufacturing of Semiconductor wafers used in Automotive and Consumer applications throughout the world. In this team based environment, you will work closely with Process Engineers and Manufacturing to provide high quality products to our customers. This position will involve working in a cleanroom environment with 200mm Semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including coat/develop tracks, steppers, inspection microscopes, wafer handling robotics, and wafer metrology systems.
The Equipment Maintenance Technician will work 12 hour shifts, 4 on and 4 off.
Provide technical and hands-on service of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Perform electrical, mechanical and software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment
Respond to equipment alarms, failure, and process measurement violations.
Perform preventive maintenance for Etch equipment
Document proper maintenance procedures.
Provide detailed pass downs to the team regarding daily issues and activities.
Establish and execute plans to improve quality of wafers processed through the area.
