The Graphic Design Output Operator will be responsible for light design, prepress and output to Plotters, Roll-to-Roll and Flat Bed Printers, Engraver and CNC. Operating and maintaining the Plotters and Printers.
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and have good technical skills.
Works with co-workers and customers with file transfers, FTP access, photo library options, online proofs, etc.
Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter or printer
Creates proofs and sends to customers using the online proofing system
Maintains all equipment including computers, plotters, and printers
Maintains accurate electronic and paper records
Helps unload raw materials and cleans and maintains storage areas
Works on different projects simultaneously
Helps in the production area as needed
Loads materials on/into printer and/or laminator, which may require some heavy lifting
Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Performs other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year related experience
Set up and run Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery for Polycrystalline Diamond Compound (PDC) bearings production according to Lean principles, and ensure parts meet company and customer quality standards.
Follow Lean Manufacturing and ISO procedures to maintain a high quality standard Set up and run CNC equipment for lathe and mill machines for bearings production
Inspect and measure parts for accuracy and conformance to product specifications
Cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment and processes to maximize capabilities and productivity
Rotate as needed among all necessary processes
Submit and implement continuous improvement ideas as per standard
Some EDM and grinding machine work

The Equipment Maintenance Technician (Etch) is responsible for the maintenance systems and overall tool performance on assigned equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment. They support wafer fab production by meeting and exceeding tool availability and quality objectives.
- This position is D shift; a back half, night shift position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Engineering team with managing maintenance activities to provide optimum manufacturing support on area equipment
Provide effective project management for tool installations and qualification
Help Engineers develop written maintenance procedures for assigned equipment
Drive hard down and atypical tool recovery efforts
Drive continuous improvements in tool performance, safety, quality, and cost control
Track and report availability, particle trends, maintenance success, and similar metrics for assigned equipment
Assist other team members as required to meet production goals
Ability to work on a 4/3 compressed work week.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regularly requires sitting or standing and moving about the facility. Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes and odors.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS: A technical associate's degree or equivalent combination of a non-technical degree and training, plus a minimum of 5 years as an equipment maintenance technician performing scheduled PMs and repairs on at least one of the follow tool sets:
AMAT etchers, Lam etchers, TEL etchers is mandatory. Additional experience on wet etch tools\sinks or plasma strip tools is helpful but not necessary. Must be able to follow complex technical written and verbal instructions. Requires strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Performs routine operations in wafer fabrication, under minimum supervision and performs production processes. Must be highly proficient in manual loading and unloading of 150mm (6") diameter wafers with vacuum wand into the wafer boats.
Ability to operate etchers and phot-lithography tools like projection aligners, Steppers, Resist coaters would be advantages.
Should have good verbal skills and ability to understand written instructions on all assignments. Inspect wafers to identify defects and anomalies and final wafer quality.
Requires an AA degree or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of Wafer Fab experience.
Manufacturing Equipment Technician
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at ON Semiconductor, you will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in the Etch area. The equipment you support is critical for 24x7 manufacturing of Semiconductor wafers used in Automotive and Consumer applications throughout the world. In this team based environment, you will work closely with Process Engineers and Manufacturing to provide high quality products to our customers. This position will involve working in a cleanroom environment with 200mm Semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including coat/develop tracks, steppers, inspection microscopes, wafer handling robotics, and wafer metrology systems. The Equipment Maintenance Technician will work 12 hour shifts, 4 nights on and 4 nights off.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
Provide technical and hands-on service of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Perform electrical, mechanical and software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment
Respond to equipment alarms, failure, and process measurement violations.
