Executes predetermine methods to package product by the press or store as work in process. Performs visual inspections to detect obvious defects. Keep box counts in order to document the quantity of product being produced.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Package products at the press by following predetermine methods to minimize error.
Consistently meets production requirements.
Empty catch totes into gaylord where packaging at the press is not specified.
Perform basic visual inspection of product and report any quality defects to the shift supervisor.
Keep production area clean in order to promote a safe and neat work environment.
Packaging and labeling
Report any and all safety violations to the shift supervisor to ensure the working environment is free from safety hazards.
Engages in the daily operator maintenance program such as basic oiling of machines.
Collects data for Production Boards.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one (1) year of industrial manufacturing experience with machine operation, High School diploma or GED, and knowledge of mechanical processes. The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing a variety of related duties including equipment installation troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance in order to ensure the property and grounds are meeting the company's established standards and any applicable laws. The Maintenance Technician III works directly with the Property Manager to insure that all vacated apartments are made "rent-ready" and work orders are completed as quickly as possible and that all common repairs (such as touch-up painting and fixture replacement, etc.) are identified and fixed quickly. Incumbent will be required to have a Pool Operator's certification and Boilers License, Special Class if needed for the sites.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete all maintenance work order requests.
Monitor and maintain all building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers etc) and perform needed repairs as assigned
Assist the Property Manager in completing unit-to-unit inspections
Perform all site-level preventative maintenance duties assigned by the Zone Building Engineer or Property Manager

This also includes Striko Holding Furnaces. • Keep alloys separated. This applies to all metal including that which is stored, in any furnace, or in scrap form. • Cold clean and repair of breakdown furnaces.
This includes jackhammering, cleaning, forming, ramming, casting, painting, etc. • Charge metal to breakdown furnaces in such a way as to keep them full of the proper alloy metal and at the proper temperatures. Metal is charged in form of sows, ingots, castings, and ingredients. • Routine and proper cleaning of all die cast holding furnaces. • On Striko Furnaces clean fill funnels and pouring spouts. Willing and available to work a variety of shifts consistent with the demands of the retail environment.
2 years Retail/Customer Service or Shift Leader experience.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Ability to perform repeatedly and for extended periods of time: bending, standing, reaching, climbing, twisting / turning, pushing / pulling, squatting / kneeling / stooping, walking, and grasping.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
