Full time meat cutter wanted for meat department of a food processing plant. The applicant should have experience with all facets of meat cutting and scale use. A flexible schedule is required, daytime and weekends.

Cutter 2- HSS
Primary Purpose: Performs cutting operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards. Cutter 1, cuts pads and fabric and material handling and bundling operations. Cutter 2 perform Cutter 1 operations and marks fabric and leather and cuts leather.
Reads tickets for style, number, and special instructions.
Locate correct pattern and check fabric/leather for defects.
