Automatic Punch Press Operator
- Performs typical progressive die and press operations
- Setup and remove tooling
- Observe press in operation and make adjustments to control rate of production
- Monitoring equipment/tooling during production stamping to ensure it is working properly. i.e. watching gages, dials, etc.
- Quality inspections during production runs
- The use of micrometers, calipers, etc. to inspect/measure/visually inspect parts to ensure they conform to specifications
- Includes making minor repairs/maintenance such as oiling and cleaning up around the press when complete
- Communicating clearly and concisely with the supervisor, other production personnel and quality personnel when a problem arises
- Accurately complete a job routing ticket, data chart, time sheet etc.
- Maintain and accurate count of parts
- Assist in setting up steel coil on larger presses
- Possible second shift during peak production periods or as needed
- Extended period of standing while operating press and running production
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations i.e. PPE (safety glasses/hearing protection) etc.
- Safely handle scrap during and after production run
- Keep are clean and organized in a 5S manner
- May assist in training of other employees as required
- When applicable, use computers for data entry in MRP or spreadsheet in a specified and appropriate manner
- The employee is exposed to high noise levels from operating machine
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Potential hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to cutting and drawing oils
- The employee is required to stand, walk, pull and bend to the floor

Punch Press Operator - 1St & 3Rd Shift
Set up (stays) and operate a variety of press machining equipment, feeders, and straighteners.
Accurate (low maintenance) setup and operation of (utilize maximum machine capacity) all equipment assigned

The UHV Technician (Cut-off Press Operator) will set up and utilize a punch press to cut blanks used to make lawn mower blades. The position requires following and maintaining given specifications throughout this process to produce high quality products for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Perform progressive die and press operations, including setup and removing tooling, troubleshooting and light maintenance of machinery, equipment and tools
Monitoring equipment/tooling during production stamping to ensure it is working properly, watching gages, dials, etc.
Perform quality checks according to documentation
Operate computer systems to input production and test data
Train others as needed
High school diploma or nationally recognized regionally accredited equivalent required.
Machine Technology courses preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Previous experience as a metal stamping press operator in a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment is preferred
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, writing and basic math skills are required
Demonstrated leadership skills
Must be able to work effectively and communicate with others in a team environment
Must be able to take initiative, seeking and acting on opportunity to improve the organization's performance
English fluency for safety, training and documentation purposes.
Stable work history with good employment references.
Excellent attendance record
Must be available for the following shift:
Day Shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

The Machine Operator – Fabrication III is expected to perform under the direction of the area supervisor, manufacture parts per plant specification in an accurate and timely manner utilizing a CNC Machining Center/Fabrication equipment while recognizing safety and efficiencies. This position reports directly to Production Manager or Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust and operate CNC Machining Center
Read and interpret blueprint specifications to determine procedures, verify programs and tooling

Create programs for laser/punch press machines from various sources including CAD files, prints, routers and verbal instruction.

Eyelet Toolmaker - Naugatuck, CT. Stamping Facility
This position is responsible for performing set ups and change overs, and maintaining production for U.S. Baird and Platarg eyelet transfer presses.
Must be able to run all manual tool room equipment to make and groom tooling for eyelet transfer presses, including ID/OD grinding
Plan and lay out work and perform most difficult and exacting bench and machine operations to construct, fit and assemble highly complicated eyelet tools, dies and gauges
Plans and performs a sequence of tool room machine operations where recognized methods are available on work involving close tolerances and fits requiring judgment to make general decisions on quality, tolerances, etc.
Setup and troubleshoot complex production tooling and component quality issues at the press

New Club Opening Asst PM - Punch List
The Assistant Project Manager for New Club Openings, Punchlist manages all construction punch list improvement efforts on behalf of LTF Operations for all Life Time Construction projects. They will develop, implement and administrate global methodology for construction punch list management from pre-GO through project closeout. The Punch List Manager will oversee the warranty process on behalf of LTF Operations through warranty expiration. They will also engage and professionally interact with Life Time Construction, Architecture and Design as well as professional consultants to ensure that construction punch list work and warranty work is uniformly managed throughout the project closeout phase.

Manages all construction punch list items across all New Clubs under construction creating a project list of work not conforming to operational specifications and standards ensuring work is completed prior to Grand Opening. Develops, implements and administrates global methodology for punch list management throughout the lifecycle of a construction project thru warranty closeout
