POSITION FUNCTION & SCOPE: The Associate Brand Manager II is part of a brand building team charged with delivering growth against one of the company's major growth pillars.

For our farm, we’ve taken a leap into raising antibiotic-free, vegetable-fed turkeys, which has been a new opportunity for us. We were approached by Jennie-O Turkey Store to raise antibiotic-free, vegetable-fed turkeys back in July 2016. We are excited for the opportunity and we feel it creates good working conditions for us working in the barns as for the bird.
Farmworker - Vegetables
Drive and operate farm machines to grow, harvest and transport vegetables. Attaches farm implements to tractor and drives tractor while operating implements in the field.
Prepare soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops. Thins and weeds plants using hoes and shovels or power drawn implements. Drive tractors, pull harvest wagons and assemble and move irrigation equipment.
Work in greenhouses and transplant plants using mechanical transplanters. Will dig, cut, pick and bunch crops by hand. All workers are expected to count and maintain a log of each harvest.
Perform general farm maintenance and incidental care of farm animals. Each person must be able to make 50 bunches per hour when harvesting leafy greens. The employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period during which the work contract and all extensions thereof are in effect, beginning with the first day after the worker arrives at place of employment and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or extensions thereof.
The employer will reimburse the worker for transportation costs and subsistence to the employer work site when the worker completes 50% of the work period. The employer will pay reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence the minimum amount of $12.07 per 24-hour period of travel and the maximum amount of $51.00 per day with the receipts from the place of employment to the place of recruitment. Housing and utilities are provided at no cost to workers who are unable to return to their place of residence the same day.
Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide transportation for workers to the nearest grocery store where they can purchase groceries. The Production Shift Leader assists the Operations Team Leader and performs all tasks involved in the production of Progressive Food Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Domino’s Pizza LLC products in accordance with company/industry standards and procedures. Set up processing area prior to processing vegetables
Check equipment for cleanliness and prepare for production

Removes vegetables from conveyor belt and places into boxes or packaging

Position Summary Responsible to prepare, package and assemble deli products for sale to the company's retail stores, distribution center(s) and/or third party customers.
Job Experience None No experience necessary.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties Use equipment and utensils to properly prepare, assemble and package deli products (i.e., fruits, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, dips, etc). Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits. Weigh, package, wrap and/or bag, and label products.
Maintain a clean and sanitized facility to include the food preparation area and washing dishes.
