Essential Tasks and
Responsible for opening and closing the location according to expectations of the management team
Oversees setting up and breaking down of work stations
Oversees the sanitation of work stations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, equipment, and utensils
Oversees the cashiers on duty and ensures that they are properly trained and adhere to the cashier policy
Responsible for cash handling, safe verifications, preparing deposits
Oversees the cooking and preparation of food items for the day according to recipes and brand requirements
Responsible for making sure the staff uses correct portions when preparing and serving items on the line
Must have high-level product knowledge and ability to train the staff to effectively service the customer

Oversees the product merchandising, line displays, and distribution of marketing materials

Needed from a successful candidate are strong organizational, data analysis and data management skills. Qualifications
5 plus years working in direct and or indirect sourcing or supply chain roles with large manufacturing corporations. Hands on experience executing the strategic sourcing process with pumps, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, fabrication, OEM components and other direct materials categories is preferred.
Understands pharmaceutical and food industry regulation implications for the supply chain. Indirect sourcing experience is a plus.
Demonstrate proficiency in supplier research, RFP and market basket development, sourcing processes and strategies and project management. Working knowledge of supply chain and total cost of ownership principles.
Ability to work independently, seek guidance when required and drive projects in a matrix environment. On the job experience negotiating supplier contracts and MOU’s. Continuous improvement mindset and experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is required.
Experience in applying Lean principals of pull, KanBan, and one piece flow is desired. A thorough understanding and ability to use all Microsoft software applications (specifically Microsoft Excel) is required.
Experience extracting and analyzing spend data from BI or ERP/MRP software (such as Infor CloudSuite Industrial “Syteline”) to support recommendations is preferred. Positive communications skill, high energy level and a desire to succeed are all integral to the role.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain from an accredited university is required. APICs and/or CPM certification is a plus.
