We’re hiring for a full-time Feed Mill Operator. You will be handling all daily operations including mixing, movement, inventory and storing of 950,000 bushels. The individuals selected for this position will be responsible for delivering feed from the feed mill to individual farms and, if necessary, picking up leftover feed from farms. This position is very important since one of the foundations of a high-quality bird is one which has received the proper feed at the proper time. Description of Duties/Qualifications:
- Will load trucks at feed mill, deliver feed to farms, do inventory of feed storage bins at farms, picking up left over feed if necessary.

- Must be able to drive 10 and 18 wheeler trucks in all types of weather and have the ability to chain wheels, if needed.

Feed Mill Panel Operator
This position is responsible for inventory of all the farms that need feed delivery, as well as running the computer to make the feed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
This job involves operating a complex batching and routing computers to make feed. Applicant must be able to withstand excessive bending, heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and climbing.
The Feed Mill environment is dusty and varies in temperature extremes. This will be a back- up position for batching and loading trucks. The regular duties will consist mainly of those performed by a Mill Hand (general labor). Applicant selected for this job must be able to work well with others and complete all jobs specified by their supervisor.
