Work with the applicable feed delivery software system to ensure that proper rations are loaded and fed to the proper bunk.
Accurately load trucks to specified load size.
Deliver feed to bunks in an evenly distributed manner.
Notify appropriate personnel regarding repairs or maintenance needed.
Follow equipment service checklist daily and perform minor repairs as needed.
Communicate with other drivers feed delivery overages/underages.
Maintain housekeeping in the feed area.
Ensure compliance with all ISO/HACCP and OSHA/safety procedures, rules and regulations.

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a CNC Machinist to join our team.
The CNC Machinist will have responsibility for the setup and operation of miscellaneous computerized numerical control (CNC) and/or manual machines. This includes primarily CNC grinders as well as mills, lathes, drills, grinders, hone, lap, deburr, etc. The Machinist will also ensure that machines are properly tooled and may be required to make recommendations to modify programs as appropriate.
Additionally, the CNC Machinist will:
1.Set-up and operation of miscellaneous computerized numerical control (CNC) and/or manual machines, including grinders, mills, lathes, drills, grinders, hone, lap, deburr, etc.
2.Machine and/or tests parts according to engineering and customer standards and specifications.
3.Maintain accurate and reliable documentation.
4.Participate in establishing manufacturing methods, including machine, test, material and tooling requirements, to ensure parts are machined according to engineering tolerances/specifications.
5.Perform inspection and/or testing related activities to ensure that parts are machined in accordance with manufacturing standards and blueprint specifications. Visually inspects parts to ensure they are free of burrs or damaged surfaces.
6.Provide input and recommendations for selecting, installing, and adjusting CNC and manual machine cutting tools to ensure they are consistent with type and size of material being machined.
7.Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks and other irregularities from machined parts to ensure they are in accordance with engineering blueprints, and tolerance requirements.
8.Maintain proper identification of parts per planning specifications and ensure that accurate and reliable records and documentation are maintained.
9.Communicate change of shift requirements to ensure team members receive accurate and reliable information and documentation.
10. Perform routine maintenance of machines and equipment operated.
11. Clean, organize and maintain cellular manufacturing work area in accordance with established standards.
12. Ensure the continuous flow of materials and parts through the Cell.
13. Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
High School or GED and a minimum of 2 years of machining experience. Reads, understands and correctly interprets blueprints, planning and manufacturing specifications.
Demonstrated working knowledge of machining and/or testing related mathematical concepts. Has basic knowledge of inspection requirements and techniques. Rough burrs machined parts. May train, provide guidance and assist in developing lower skill level team members.
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist.
(Note - must use a lift assist or assistance from other individual(s) when lifting in excess of 50 lbs.)
Must be capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 lbs.
Must have grip strength of at least 50 lbs. -U.S. citizenship is required

Department Managers execute the inventory maintenance (scanning outs), merchandising, pricing, stocking, and zoning strategies and practices for their department. They initiate outstanding sales and service, maintain exceptional store safety, appearance, and cleanliness. They assist customers with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and price questions. This position is also required to help with carry-outs and load-outs. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate associates.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Merchandise, stock, and assemble merchandise when required
Ensure quality customer service and staff supervision and training
Be familiar with standard concepts and practices within the retail environment
Train floater and associates working in your area with store standards, pricing integrity and product knowledge

Feed Mill Operator - 2Nd Shift
This full time position is located in Butterfield, MO; however please expect receiving calls from a 952 number in case you are considered. Relocation assistance is not provided.
This position will operate the equipment and computers that produces the 4,000 tons of feed per week that we feed to turkeys raised in the area. It is essential that this person efficiently manufactures poultry feed at the maximum mash temperature into their proper bins. This position will assist maintenance on repair of manufacturing equipment as needed and notify supervisor of all unsafe conditions, injuries and accidents. Must be willing to increase skill levels and become more knowledgeable of feed manufacturing and processes.
