Perform antenna design for a variety of systems including reflector feeds, single element antennas, and phased array systems ranging from 20 MHz to 50 GHz.
Design of RF components such as OMTs, Diplexers, and Waveguides.
Analyze antenna performance using tools such as HFSS, CST, GRASP, and MATLAB.
Support system engineering with developing the detailed design requirements for the antenna.
Develop antenna solutions for customers, often without firm requirements and challenging environmental or packaging goals.
Analyze antenna performance in an integrated system (such as a radome enclosure or other frequency selective surfaces).

ML Feed Batcher/Feed Driver
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for mixing finished feed, receiving and storing grain at feed mill by performing the following duties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance by working on scheduled days as directed, in relation to production scheduling and or time volunteered for. This being in relation to attendance policy and or guidelines.
Responsible for mixing feed rations according to direction of nutritionist and feed orders by location.
Receives corn and feed ingredients for batch processing and or storage.
Grades and weighs grain samples and records results.
Weighs grain and inserts ticket into automatic recorder on scale that stamps weight on ticket.
Records weight, description, and destination of grain shipped and received.
Perform other duties as assigned. Batches finished feed to meet flock requirements for distribution.
Records/monitors information indicating location and contents of storage tanks.
Reads thermometers on control panel to ascertain grain temperatures at various levels in storage tank.
Starts conveyors, selects flow pipes, sets trippers, and selects storage tanks to convey grain into storage or to loading department.
Assists in scheduled preventative maintenance, cleaning of feed mill and related work equipment and or areas.
Assists in all nonscheduled repairs and maintenance of feed mill, related work equipment and or areas.
Always wears appropriate PPE items; this includes hard hats, safety glasses and full body harnesses for ascent, or descent from upper feed mill levels. At times, use of a full-face respirator is required, along with rubber gloves, rubber boots and a rubber apron when handling formaldehyde. This will also include insuring that all formaldehyde PPE items are clean and ready for use at all times and are properly stored.
Measures feed in individual feed bins at each farm site driver is assigned to, for each barn and or sets of barns to insure that an adequate supply of feed is available at all times. Additional feed needs are to be communicated to feed mill personnel ( Feed Mill Lead, Feed Batcher ) as needed.
Loads, hauls and delivers feed according to feed delivery schedules and DOT guidelines. Responsible for completing a driving log to meet DOT requirements and feed delivery reports for accounting department to invoice farm locations
Driver is required to cover and or seal all out going loads to insure product is not lost during trip.
Daily equipment inspection before use each day. This relates to things such as fluid levels, air pressure, proper licensing of equipment for over the road use, availability and functionality of fire extinguisher in cab and other related items.
Any damages or need for repairs are to be brought to the attention of the supervisor immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

Nacogdoches Feed Mill Driver 2Nd Shift
Description
This position is responsible for the transport and delivery of freight on time in a professional manner by driving diesel-powered tractor trailer combinations short and long distances, while complying with Department of Transportation rules and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Tasks
Applicants will be considered for any DOT Feed Mill Driver. Applicants will be considered for any opening in feed delivery.
If the applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview. The Center Complex Safety Goal is Zero Accidents.
Requirements
You must be 21 years of age and have at least one year of driving experience. You must have a valid Class A CDL.

Tasks
This position is responsible for the safe delivery of feed to the feed mill in a timely manner and maintains responsibility for feed haul tractor and trailers. Good mechanical skills preferred.
Applicant must be able to communicate effectively with other drivers, growers, loading crews, feed mill personnel and perform other duties as necessary and as assigned by supervisor. Must adhere to all guidelines in the Tyson Fleet Safety Manual and follow all DOT driver regulations. This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, sit for long period of time, pass annual hearing test, corrected 20 20 vision and possess free use of all limbs or equivalent use of prosthesis.
This position will be exposed on a routine basis to adverse temperatures ranging from hot warm 80-100F degrees, damp and dusty to cold 0-40 F degrees, damp and wet. Applicant must be able to panel or tarp completed trailers in these conditions.
Requirements
Must have valid driver s license and have a good driving record in accordance with Tyson Fleet Safety Manual. Must have at least 100,000 verifiable Collision-free driving miles, more than 2,500 hours of Collision-free driving, or a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable full-time DOT-regulated driving experience.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid CDL license and be able to pass a DOT physical. Candidate must be willing to submit to a drug screen and physical.
