Feed & Bedding Worker
This position provides feed and bedding support for various events held at WestWorld.
WestWorld is an equestrian and special event facility where applicants must be comfortable working around large animals.
The Feed and Bedding Worker position is a physical job working outdoors most of the time, and will require the lifting and carrying of bales of hay, bales of bedding, and bags of grain which can weigh between 30 and 100 pounds.
WestWorld is open 7 days a week and a variety of shifts are available, typically ranging from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
This position will be required to:
Occasionally be available to work shifts ranging from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
Work some holidays and weekends.
Work up to 29 hours per week.
This position is non-benefited.
There are multiple positions so this posting will close when the needs of the City have been met.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Bend and stoop to move and / or deliver hay, grain and bedding.
Use a utility cart or forklift to deliver purchased product to customer.
Operate a variety of standard office equipment including a personal computer, photocopy machine, and fax machine, telephone, shredding machine and calculator.
Sit, stand or move for extended periods of time.
Lift and carry various office supplies weighing up to twenty pounds.
Work varied schedules according to events, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Work in extreme inclement weather for long periods of time.

Feed Mill Worker
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
These positions remove trash and debris from all areas and floors, keep electrical rooms wiped down with hand dusters, and clean floors in loading dock areas and around augers. Must be able to use shovels, scoops and other necessary tools to perform task.
Must be able to climb ladders and work in areas of height of 100 feet plus. Position requires the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 50+ pounds. Must be able to work in hot environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and be able stand 8-10 hours a day. Must be able to climb steps and ladders to from work areas.

Feed Delivery Driver
Deliver feed in a safe, efficient and courteous manner while conforming to all applicable policies and procedures concerning delivery, quality assurance, quarantine and bio-security.
Salvage feed from ranches as necessary
Maintain Driver Activity Logs and related paperwork as required by Feedmill Management, also use of Telogis System
Keep Dispatch Foreperson advised of any problems arising on the ranches that could affect feed delivery
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document any and all problems with the vehicle as well as keeping the assigned delivery truck clean
Other duties as assigned to include cleaning up in and around the mill when needed
Must have a Class A driver's license and an acceptable DMV record that conforms to FF policies
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of professional driving experience

Ensures Feed Mill equipment is in proper working order, always assessing any possible preventative maintenance. A Day in the Life:
As Feed Billing Specialist, your main duty will be working directly with feed billing accounts by taking and entering feed orders including bulk ingredients/feed and answering the office phones. This person must be familiar with livestock nutrition and medications as you will be working with customer needs and VFD's (Veterinary Feed Directives). You are an integral part of our company and the vast majority of your time will be spent inside sitting in a desk behind a computer working on feed accounts and answering the phones. You are responsible for organizing and gathering information for the correct and timely billing of feed orders, tracking budgets for chicken barns, and tracking tonnage of bagged feed to go to customers and other branches. You will also monitor customer grain bank balances and notify them when they are low and assist in customer and employee complaints. You will enter, approve, and send VFD's for all branches while maintaining files and a VFD tracking spreadsheet. This person is responsible for processing employee time cards and assisting employees with their employee portals. You will assist walk-in customers as well as assisting the mill manager whenever needed and drivers with feed delivery issues. You will also work as a team to present a professional and clean office setting and print company promotions and branch orders. Customer service is the upmost importance for this position as you will be in direct communication with customers via phone calls or in person visits and will be expected to give and gather information from them. You will be expected to work hard and help make the office run as efficiently as possible. This is a skilled position requiring a dedicated individual who pays attention to details and takes pride in their work.
