The person hired for the position of Foam Making Dry End Operator will be required to operate cutting, roll winding, packaging and material handling equipment used in the production of cast polyurethane foam composites.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Know and understand all machine safety requirements.
Utilize established work instructions and controlled documentation as per the plant's quality standard.
Hazardous waste operations training as per OSHA requirements.
Responsible to set foam dimensions to production order specifications ensuring correct dimensions and quantity.
Operate cutter and roll winder.
Record material and scrap produced in daily production records.

Operate PIV, scales, overhead hoists, and hand tools.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, responsible to provide supervision to production employees in department(s) including work scheduling and assignment, employee training, ensuring production quality and quantity requirements are met, administering safety, communication and equipment maintenance, administrative duties include eTime labor verifications, and SAP transactions.
