As a professional Pest Control and Fertilizer Technician you will prepare your service vehicle daily by loading and unloading your service vehicle with products and supplies; performing pest control, small rodent control, termite/carpenter ant control, fertilizer, fungicide and herbicide services. Sales and relationship role responsible for establishing new accounts and maintaining and servicing existing accounts. This position gains and applies knowledge of industry, products and services offered, market trends, gross profit, and pricing to make recommendations to customers, meet established sales/deal goals, and gain new accounts.
Locate, evaluate and recruit potential customers/clients.
Serve customers, address inquiries or forward to appropriate internal contact.
Inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices

Operations Trainee - Fertilizer
The Operations Trainee is responsible for learning the fundamentals of facility operations and logistics, as well as commodity procurement. Training is conducted within a mentorship framework, necessitating a high degree of interaction with management. The Operations Trainee is given progressive responsibility and customer contact within the facility management program which will help develop the necessary skills to safely and profitably manage a facility.

Work with the Turf and Ornamental Marketing Manager to develop and execute the Americas Business Marketing Plans. Responsibilities include:
Design external communications such as distributor bulletins, pricing announcements, product sheets, trial sheets, product labels and product graphics for introductions.
Become a key contact for internal business units regarding product and portfolio projects, questions, issues (e.g.: supply chain, customer service, finance, sales, R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, technical services, executive management).
