The Role
As a Field Energy Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact between prospective customers, and will lay the groundwork for an exceptional customer experience. Based primarily in retail locations, you'll engage prospective customers in discussions about our clean energy solutions, and leave them wanting to learn more! Responsibilities
Engage prospective customers in retail locations, educating them about Tesla's product offering, discuss benefits and answer questions they may have

Set up displays and collateral (must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.)
Conduct in-store seminars and events for 20 or more people

POSITION PURPOSE
HDE Sales Consultants (SC) are primarily responsible for selling Home Depot s do-it-for-me services to clients in their homes. Sales Consultants spend the majority of their time traveling to and engaging in professional sales presentations in customers homes.
While at customers homes, SCs assess customer needs, recommend products that fulfill those needs, develop price quotes and present warranty information and financing options. They work with customers to complete the necessary sales contracts and paperwork. Sales Consultants are also responsible for generating leads inside their assigned stores and during scheduled lead generation events, maintaining relationships with assigned stores in an effort to drive their sales, attending meetings and participating in and/or facilitating training on HDI products and service offerings. Sales Consultants earn commissions based on their sales and are also eligible for monthly bonuses based on sales performance.

Setup and operate a wide range of equipment in the Ring Finishing Cell according to company specifications, requirements (see chart below), and within limitations of accepted practice.
Basic duties are:
Setup on each machine is exacting and precise. Special emphasis must be placed on optimizing feeds and speeds/pressures on all standard and special products including those items with unusual characteristics and materials. Job Description: The Mechanical Assembler III works on a team supporting cabling, equipment, and C5ISR system installations.
The Mechanical Assembler III (MAIII) is responsible for fabrication and assembly of various electromechanical and electronic assemblies. This position must follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to complete tasks. The MAIII work may include soldering, using power tools and assembling large scale and intricate mechanical assemblies.
Installation experience should include:
Moving and uncrating of equipment
Installation of electronic equipment, ducts, cableways, cables, lagging
Soldering with low voltage soldering devices and use of power tools
Assembling both large scale and intricate mechanical assemblies
Working with blueprints, assembly drawings and sketches in completing a wide variety of assembly and subassembly tasks
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within field
The MAIII receives technical guidance from supervisor or higher level technician, and work is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Work is performed onboard U.S. Naval Ships and military installations requiring the ability to work in areas with drafts, noise, and temperature variation.
Must be able to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift up to 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position. Attention to safety critical.
Required Skills
Position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 or more years of AIT/Shipboard experience in the field or a related area-Experience in the fabrication and precision assembly of various mechanical assemblies-Applicant must be able to get respirator qualified and wear proper PPE throughout their work shift.
