Overview Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative 1 is responsible for properly maintaining a territory of Sharp equipment along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communications and maintenance of equipment.
Services and maintains a full territory working with seasoned Field Service Representatives in the installation, maintenance and repair of Sharp equipment.
Resolves at least 85% of service calls with minimal assistance upon completion of training and territory assignment.
Understands and properly performs all mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment as outlined in the Technical Service Manual and Field Engineering Bulletins.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and complete all electrical troubleshooting as outlined in the Technical Service Manual and Field Engineering Bulletins to include our complete digital line of products.

Maintains parts inventory and achieves acceptable levels of inventory control and usages.

Broad Function The Logistics Field Service Representative will be based out of L3 Insight Technology’s Londonderry, NH facility with an initial assignment of providing Field Service Garrison Technical support in Saudi Arabia (KSA) for a minimum of six (6) months. Duties also include but are not limited to: analytical and warranty support, ongoing operator and maintenance training, and overall logistic support, as well as provide recommendations regarding life cycle sustainment strategies within the L3 Insight Technology customer community. SUMMARY OF ROLE SunPower is seeking a PV Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled fieldwork required to operate and maintain numerous PV systems in the region. Fieldwork includes commissioning new systems, training of on-site customer personnel, preventive maintenance site visits, corrective maintenance site visits, and system testing. The PV System Technician may also be assigned the responsibility for observing the quality and safety of a contractor performing PV System Technician maintenance and commissioning type work.

I-V curves 1.4. Power Meter verification 1.5. Megger Test 1.6.
Resistance test 1. Perform preventive maintenance on PV systems to include thermography of low and medium voltage equipment. 2.
Audit third party systems as directed for potential sales of O&M service contracts. 3.
Identify, coordinate, and observe work contractors performing troubleshooting and repairs for item 1 above, medium voltage equipment, and other troubleshooting and repairs. 4. Travel: Yes, 50 % of the Time Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking uniquely qualified and mission oriented individuals with a background in electronics, RF Engineering, Electronic System design/integration/maintenance, Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Warfare (EW) and several years of field experience to perform OCONUS/CONUS mission/maintenance support, development/integration/test of in-house and field-deployed EW products.
This position requires deployment to overseas and military theatres for both on-call quick reaction (7-30 days) and extended periods (45 to 90 days at a time on a rotating basis). Candidates must be willing to work extended hours during mission critical time periods. While not deployed it is preferred, but not required, that the candidate work out of our NG HQ location in Chantilly, VA as well as San Diego, CA, Tampa Bay, FL and Fort Bragg, NC. Individuals will also conduct training in both formal and informal environments.
A qualified individual will closely interface with the customer and system operators in planning, maintenance and operation of fielded equipment. Provide highly technical professional implementation of NGMS products, as well as customer furnished equipment (CFE), to solve customer problems with a focus toward real-time mission support. Support will include field testing of selected equipment and software.
Individual must be able to work with minimal supervision and support. Position requires excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency with various types of test equipment and software packages. When not deployed, the candidate will support CONUS lab and engineering depot level activities both in Chantilly, other NG, and customer sites.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, in an Engineering or related discipline and 9 or more years related work experience, Masters degree and 7 years • Must have a current active Top Secret/SCI clearance in JPAS, or be listed as TS SCI eligible in JPAS • Work related experience should include integration, field support and implementation of electronic/communications systems.
• Radio, computer, INS/GPS troubleshooting and repair experience • Antenna, RF cable/connector troubleshooting and repair experience • UAV Integration experience • Windows and Linux Computer operating system experience • TCP/IP networking over satellite communications, setup, troubleshooting and repair experience • Knowledge of modern communications signal sets, such GSM, CDMA, UMTS, LTE, etc. • Military experience desirable Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
