Supervises and coordinates the activities of production workers engaged in the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards. Studies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for the timely completion of job assignments.

The Athletic Film Coordinator plans, edits and produces all videography used by Fairfield Central Athletics Department to support the success of the teams. Oversees and coordinates the work of technical videographic staff and students. Reports to the Athletic Director and/or Head Coach.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, oversees, and coordinates the filming of team practices, as well as home and away games.
Edits film developed in-house, as well as film developed by opponent programs for the purpose of scouting and self-scouting; edits season film for the purposes of play study.
Develops and maintains film exchange agreements with opponent football programs for the purposes of mutual scouting using the Hudl program.

Using our dedicated team of Concept Artist's and Art Directors we work with Filmmakers to help them visually realize their projects. Working closely with Film Directors, Production Designers, and Production development teams we engage in all aspects of the visual development.

As part of the Marketing Production team, you will partner closely with your Creative Marketing counterparts, as well as producers in our AV, Print, Digital, and Regional production teams to manage Netflix's campaign needs and timelines across original films. You will serve as the go-to partner to all internal stakeholders, facilitating alignment between global and local internal teams dedicated to creative, localization, strategy, media, marketing, publicity and social. Responsibilities include:
HBO Accountant, Film Forecasting
Reports to Manager of Financial Operations and Reporting. Responsible for calculating the net profits associated with each of HBO's key series and the associated financial close reporting, short term forecasting and long term budgeting. This involves consolidating revenues, production costs and residual and participation expenses in accordance with FASB ASC 926, Entertainment - Films.
Detailed responsibilities include the following:
Calculation, reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and analysis (against budgets, prior year and forecasts) of program amortization and participation/residual costs.
Prepare P&L's by title to determine and evaluate the current profits associated with key series.
Creation and analysis of ultimate revenue and ultimate program and participation/residual costs in budgets, forecasts and long term plans.
Prepare sensitivity analyses based on a range of sales and production estimates, for both the short-term and long-term plans.
Responsible for updating the accrual based participation models and coordinating with West Coast Business Affairs to ensure the models reflect the latest changes to participant deal terms and, the creation of new models.
Prepare program amortization sensitivities to assist Senior Management in evaluating strategic business decisions.
Coordinate with various departments on the reporting of gross revenues, production, participation and residual costs through ultimate calculations, inventory, participation and residual analysis and net profit reporting.
Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing of controls.
Responsible for maintenance of the system with IT, including testing, upgrades and enhancements to Hyperion database.
BA / BS degree in Accounting is required
Minimum of 2 years combined public and / or private experience and excellent financial modeling and Excel skills
Possess solid analytical, technical, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong work ethic and interpersonal and communication skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
CPA strongly preferred
Previous experience with Hyperion and accounting for series and film products under FASB ASC 926 is a plus

Considerations: This position works full time out of our Park City, UT office. May be lodged in Park City during the January Film Festival. Required to work extended hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet deadlines. Must be willing and available to respond to on-call needs as assigned. A high level of mobility is required as well as an ability to drive safely in winter road conditions.
Coordinates recruiting and slotting for an assigned group of Sundance Film Festival volunteer positions (300+ people) and functions and is their main point of contact for initial and ongoing communications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, slots, and schedules Sundance Film Festival volunteers.
Provides ongoing and accurate information to assigned group of volunteers (300+) and provides timely responses to their inquiries.
Communicates consistently with theatre operations department regarding their volunteer needs and placement.
Enters information in volunteer database daily maintaining up-to-date and accurate information.
Assists manager with coordinating the volunteer teams as directed.
Plans food deliveries for assigned groups of volunteers and ensure they are received.
Supports volunteer team with general office assistance, database tracking, responding to emails and voice messages, taking messages, filing, etc.
Creates and provides volunteers with information packets.
Assists with building trainings and facilitating training sessions.
Conducts daily venue visits throughout the Festival to check-in with volunteers and provide timely resolution to issues as they arise.

Reviews submitted volunteer evaluations with departments and conducts follow-up to compile relevant information as needed.
