The Oil Filter Representative (OFR) will be responsible for supporting the Company's used oil program by performing used oil filter collection services at HCC customer facilities. Service responsibilities will include collecting used oil filter containers of varying weights and sizes from HCC customer facilities using HCC-approved material handling equipment and transporting the used oil filter containers using a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all HCC safety guidelines
Responsible for customer service and new business development in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company
Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operation
Service and maintain all existing and new Oil Filter customers
Pursues additional services with existing accounts
Assesses potential customer needs, presents HCC products and services to customers, and develops new customers
Develops sales leads for Data-Marketing.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
Performs other related duties as assigned

A Day in the Life:
As one of our Tender Truck Drivers, your main responsibility is tendering fertilizer and chemicals for custom applicators. You are an integral part of our company and you will be expected to deliver dry and liquid fertilizer safely and efficiently to local farms. You will also be expected to perform maintenance and upkeep on your vehicles and equipment. You will be expected to have basic knowledge of all chemicals and their abilities as well as soil fertility and recommendations, and load and unload fertilizer, chemicals, and NH3. You will be expected to help with the maintenance and cleaning of location facilities to meet company standards. You must adhere to all company and government safety policies and regulations. During peak seasons, you will be expected to help load and unload grain at our grain facilities when needed. You will be expected to work hard and you will have to work more hours during busy seasons. Filter Insert Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for managing Bio Clean stormwater filter insert/screen projects and serve our customers through all phases of a filter insert/screen project. The Project Manager is also responsible for all customer and project related communications and coordination with the Bio Clean internal field services team and the filter insert product production team, as well as distributors of Bio Clean's filter insert product lines. The individual best suited for this role will be an individual with the ability to work with limited supervision. They also will have a proficiency with computers and knowledge of product lines.
This position is responsible for the following tasks, duties and responsibilities:
Identifies material and setup work stations.
Places rolls on machines and mounts them on the formers.
Starts rolls into formers and other machines.
Dismounts, fills out and attaches tag to scrap roll and takes rejected rolls to appropriate areas.
Ensures proper labeling of products and tracks roll stock and sheet tickets.
Completes and maintains necessary paperwork for inventory, quality control and recordkeeping.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; previous manufacturing experience with fabrication and set up experience.
Proficiency with computers; ability to work with limited supervision; knowledge of product lines. Forklift experience a plus.
