The Oil Filter Representative (OFR) will be responsible for supporting the Company's used oil program by performing used oil filter collection services at HCC customer facilities. As a Class A Oil Filter Driver, known internally as Driver OTR, you would be responsible for the safe transportation of potentially hazardous used oil filters (no touch freight) from customer locations in the Northeastern United States to a Clean Harbors or Safety-Kleen facility for disposal (recycling). This position requires weekly overnight travel with home time on the weekends. This is a great opportunity to drive for an industry leader. Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following all policies and procedures and acting in a safe manner at all times
Ensure accident-free pick-up and delivery from customer locations to company disposal facility utilizing specialized roll-off trailer unit
Adhere to weight limits and ensure proper utilization of equipment
Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT), Hazardous Materials/Waste (HAZMAT) and RCRA requirements/regulations
Maintain up to date DOT, OSHA, and all company-required training
Other assigned duties as needed
HS Diploma or equivalent
Class A CDL
3 yrs. commercial driving experience
Roll-off trailer experience a plus
Ability to operate manual transmission
A clean driving record
