Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pick up filters and deliver to job site.
Replace filters per customer schedule.
Properly install and date filters.
Remove used filters from job site and properly dispose.
Wear uniform supplied and keep the uniform clean and in presentable condition.
Interact with customer representatives.
Be respectful to customer staff, employees and students.
Work well with the team and complete all tasks timely and professionally.
Other duties assigned or requested by supervisor.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Trade/Technical school certification or degree helpful. Must be self-motivated, professional and neat in appearance. Must possess strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills to ensure effective teamwork and customer relations. Must possess basic math skill. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometime complex written or oral instructions. Responsible for continuous boiler operations and operation of portable boilers on an as-required basis. Must be able to adjust a wide variety of boilers for maximum operational efficiency.
1.Monitor boiler feed water to ensure proper water conditions to prevent mineral deposits and corrosion in the boiler.
2.Perform preventive maintenance actions and perform boiler fueling operations.
