MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / TASKS

Perform monthly inspections on SCBA, EBA, and associated compressed air cylinders.

Perform industrial fit testing as required.
Perform Flow Testing on SCBA and EBA using the Posi-Check 3 Equipment
REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/equivalent. Physical ability and willingness to work in tight quarters under adverse rescue conditions which could involve entry into environments immediately dangerous to life and health.
Must be a US or naturalized citizen able to obtain and maintain PCAPP site access
Must be computer literate in common software applications and able to operate general office equipment
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical examination consisting of a cardiac stress test and a post-employment rescue 300lbs sled pull strength test while wearing a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and OSHA Level A fully encapsulated chemical agent protective suit.
Commitment to maintain ability to lift, carry, pull and push heavy weight, up to 300lbs, occasionally necessary during actual and simulated rescue scenarios.
Commitment to maintain physical fitness to perform rescue operations and to wear supplied air respirator for extended periods of time under strenuous hazardous conditions.

The Machine Tender is responsible for standard operating procedures and to ensure that quality, production and safety standards and requirements are met. The position will record all production data as required and understand and follow all plant policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the paper machine process and how to control it.
Full understanding of the proper operating instructions for all sheet forming and related equipment (Wet Machine, Krofta, Wet Press, Saveall, etc.)
Understanding of and the ability to perform all quality checks and calculations as required by S.O.P.'s.
Ability to train, and/or oversee any assisting personnel assigned to the Wet Machine.
Able to decipher and/or generate necessary paperwork required for quality and productivity analysis in an accurate and thorough manner.
Being able to perform minor maintenance to prevent unnecessary downtime.
Make necessary continued preventive inspections of equipment.
Being responsible for proper carrying out of thorough machine/system wash-ups when required as per S.O.P.'s.
Operate all equipment (Wet Machines, reuse equipment, pumps, forklifts, etc.) and carry out all procedures in a safe and controlled manner.
Being responsible for the general housekeeping of the Wet Machine area.
Perform various other duties as assigned based on allowable time and requirements.

The Pre-Construction Engineer is entry level and typically filled by an upcoming or recent college graduate. As a member of the press crew, the Press Assistant I (roll tender) has previous experience as a Press Asst. II (stacker) and is able to perform the duties of both positions and may be asked to do so from time to time. Key responsibilities of this position are to manage the paper supply inventory on the press, feed rolls into the press, and manage paper inventory. Apply adhesive strip to backup roll and insert backup roll onto automatic splicing unit of press to prepare paper for automatic splicing. A Day in the Life:
As one of our Tender Truck Drivers, your main responsibility is tendering fertilizer and chemicals for custom applicators. You are an integral part of our company and you will be expected to deliver dry and liquid fertilizer safely and efficiently to local farms. You will also be expected to perform maintenance and upkeep on your vehicles and equipment. You will be expected to have basic knowledge of all chemicals and their abilities as well as soil fertility and recommendations, and load and unload fertilizer, chemicals, and NH3. You will be expected to help with the maintenance and cleaning of location facilities to meet company standards. You must adhere to all company and government safety policies and regulations. During peak seasons, you will be expected to help load and unload grain at our grain facilities when needed. You will be expected to work hard and you will have to work more hours during busy seasons. This is a skilled position requiring a dedicated individual who pays attention to details and takes pride in their work.
The Cooperative operates under the "all hands-on deck" philosophy when it comes to getting things done. Therefore, employees are required to perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor.
