Documents items by performing required Statistical Process Control; quality checks/tests; lot number requirements; shipping label requirements.
Resolves production problems by; notifying set up personnel for assistance; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources; if necessary, discontinue manufacturing operations until the problem is resolved.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment of complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Documents production information into appropriate reporting system.
Promotes teamwork and effective working relationships among all contacts by setting positive examples.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Executes predetermine methods to package product by the press or store as work in process. Performs visual inspections to detect obvious defects. Keep box counts in order to document the quantity of product being produced.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Package products at the press by following predetermine methods to minimize error.
Consistently meets production requirements.
Empty catch totes into gaylord where packaging at the press is not specified.
Perform basic visual inspection of product and report any quality defects to the shift supervisor.
Keep production area clean in order to promote a safe and neat work environment.
Packaging and labeling
Report any and all safety violations to the shift supervisor to ensure the working environment is free from safety hazards.
Engages in the daily operator maintenance program such as basic oiling of machines.
Collects data for Production Boards.
Performs other duties as assigned
Ability to understand and follow all safety procedures including but not limited to PPE, steel toe safety shoes, maintaining safety guards, etc.
Ability to tend to more than one machine at the same time..
Ability to use basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, counting and the use of tape measure.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Up to three months of related experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to use the required personal protective equipment at all times including steel toe safety shoes.
Requires ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, and climb ladders or equipment.
Maximum unassisted lift – 50 lbs. Average lift less than 35 lbs.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud and requires hearing protection. Eye protection is also required.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one (1) year of industrial manufacturing experience with machine operation, High School diploma or GED, and knowledge of mechanical processes. This position will work 12 hour shifts, rotating with 2 days on, 2 nights on and 4 days off. The work week rolls forward each week. This position includes the need to work OT when necessary.

Certain web sites may be blocked due to Security requirements, Human Resource requirements, and Compliance/Audit requirements.
The Web Filtering team processes special Internet access requests to allow access to blocked web sites. This includes provisioning and revoking access, reviewing and recertifying user access, investigating and responding to user inquiries, and reporting. It also includes participating and supporting planned and ad-hoc projects.
A similar service is around data leakage protection (DLP) controls. Here, certain communication channels are blocked and end users can request an exception to use this channel should they have a valid business reason to do so.
We are looking for a technical analyst with strong networking, cybersecurity and testing experience, to lead and/or to help with our planned and ad-hoc projects. Currently planned projects are:
Automate the provisioning and revocation of Special Internet Access
Migrate our ticketing system to its replacement tool
Adjust and tighten some of the Web Filtering controls rules
Subject Matter Expert and an escalation point for complex ad-hoc investigations
Other similar planned and ad-hoc projects and requests that may come up from time to time
Ticket handling for data leakage exceptions
The special internet access and DLP exception service is provided as a global service together with a wider global virtualized team during normal business hours (mainly US and EMEA), and requires occasional after hours and occasional weekend work
Skills and Experience
Skills and experience expected of you:

Endpoint Content Filtering Administrator, Deloitte Global
The Endpoint Content Filtering (ECF) initiative is a core part of the Global Security Strategy to better protect Deloitte endpoints prevent the loss of data and control access to malicious and inappropriate websites. The ECF platform administrator will be responsible for supporting and configuring the Deloitte ECF platform, ensuring that the platform runs as performant as possible and that all security policy and configuration change requests are accurately implemented following Deloitte standard change control processes and timelines.
Primary responsibilities will be focussed on operational support and management of the platform, including daily operational checks, platform maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting support issues, and will be responsible for all changes made to the platform in response to member firm or internal change requests service.
The platform administrator is vital to providing day to day operational support of the global endpoint content filtering platform, working closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC), Global Network Operations Center (GNOC), Global and member firm incident response teams and other support organizations across the Deloitte network to respond quickly and efficiently to endpoint specific security and operational events and alerts, change requests submitted by member firms, and any other tasks required to operate and maintain the ECF service.

The Compliance is recruiting Compliance officers to staff the new team in Lisbon which will have in charge the treatment of alerts related to Domestic Markets within the third level of the alert management framework
- Level B2. The Level B investigates alerts escalated by the first level (Level A), elimination false obvious hits. Level B2, which is under Compliance's responsibility, takes a decision on either to release, reject/block or escalate to Level C based on the investigation and supporting documents prepared by Level B1, which is local Back-office in most cases.

Responsible for continuous boiler operations and operation of portable boilers on an as-required basis. Must be able to adjust a wide variety of boilers for maximum operational efficiency.
1.Monitor boiler feed water to ensure proper water conditions to prevent mineral deposits and corrosion in the boiler.
2.Perform preventive maintenance actions and perform boiler fueling operations.

Summary Employees are required to maintain molten metal supply in the melt room and holding furnaces at the die cast machines safely and efficiently to support the production requirements and to assure the proper alloy is provided for the parts being cast. Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis job includes but is not limited to the following: • Keep the holding furnaces on the die cast machines full of proper alloy of metal and at proper temperatures.
This process, called hauling metal, must be done in a safe, efficient, and timely manner as to keep production running at all times while minimizing costly mistakes such as overfilling furnaces, overfilling ladles, spilling metal, letting furnaces run too low on metal, mixing alloys, etc. • Keep transfer (bull) ladles properly cleaned and heated. • Keep scrap hoppers emptied and identified. • Daily chipping, cleaning, fluxing, and skimming of breakdown furnaces.
This also includes Striko Holding Furnaces. • Keep alloys separated. This applies to all metal including that which is stored, in any furnace, or in scrap form. • Cold clean and repair of breakdown furnaces.
This includes jackhammering, cleaning, forming, ramming, casting, painting, etc. • Charge metal to breakdown furnaces in such a way as to keep them full of the proper alloy metal and at the proper temperatures. Metal is charged in form of sows, ingots, castings, and ingredients. • Routine and proper cleaning of all die cast holding furnaces. • On Striko Furnaces clean fill funnels and pouring spouts. Coat as needed. • Keep area around furnace clean. • Perform alloy changes in any furnace properly. • Run spectrometer including cleaning, profile, standardization, and routine analysis. • Properly handle all department paperwork including labor cards, production sheets, check sheets, metal hauling sheets, barcodes, audit logs, furnace cleaning sheets, scrap cards, flux/dross cards, etc. • Properly handle paperwork, sampling, and barcoding of all incoming metal/materials. • Daily inspection paperwork and safe driving of forklifts. • Keep all melt rooms and work areas clean as well as tools/supplies neat and organized and put in proper locations. • Work in a safe manner and report unsafe conditions/hazards immediately. • Wear required personal protective equipment. • Capable and willing to work overtime. • Participate in training programs deemed necessary by the company. • Perform other associated duties, functions, or work as needed or assigned to continue the productive operation of the company. • Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.

The predominate forms of instructions are written, visual, and verbal. Forklift certification required. This is a physically demanding position requiring moderately heavy lifting and working in a hot environment.

The Oven Tender is responsible for the scoring and baking of our products. Candidates must be able to coordinate the products according to specifications and company guidelines. Successful candidates will have experience in the production environment operating ovens.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow BRC, HACCP and GMP guidelines when at work
Records required data and communicates any issues
Ensures Oven area is kept clean according to company guidelines
Follows all personal and food safety rules
Performs other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILL:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Advance math skills
Experience leading a team
Must have proven attention to detail
Must be able to work flexible hours and schedules
Basic food-safety knowledge
2 years of food production experience is desirable
Positive attitude in support of the companys mission
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to walk, reach, bend, and climb steps
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
