Final Inspector on our Manufacturing Team. A Final Inspector ensures that all outgoing jobs have been correctly processed and meet all industry and company standards for optics and cosmetics, utilizing automated and manual processes as appropriate. Jobs not meeting standards are documented on reprocessing form and forwarded to the appropriate section for disposition.
Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Prioritize tray processing flow as dictated by tray color and daily work ticket color.
Verify that all areas outlined on the work ticket checklist are within standards for uncut and finished eyewear, with or without AR coating
Properly identify errors creating breakage rejects at the final inspection station.
Maintain production standards as assigned by management.
Ability to communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility.
Scan and wrap uncut jobs to be sent to stores. Place lenses into appropriate trays for jobs that are to be forwarded to the Finish section for further processing.
Once finished eyewear is determined to meet all standards, scan, wrap and place into bins for shipment to store.
Enter production data on production boards and perform section start and end counts as required.
Qualified Candidates will possess the following: * Three (3) plus years of related experience

Matches the product order with the available stock units.
Visually inspects units for paint and construction flaws.
Visually checks to assure that each component is securely placed in the unit, such as handles, lids, doors, wiring, connections, clamps and other parts properly installed, properly aligned and correct color, style.
Assures that all paperwork, including the manual and diagrams are attached to the unit and are accurate.
Types all data plates and affixes to unit, assuring proper voltage and charge are included as well as UL and C.S.A. tag.
Performs in-process inspections as requested.
Coordinates final shipments with crating coordinator and notifies production coordinator of units ready for shipment.
Verifies accessories with orders, and checks packaging of these accessories to assure safe delivery.
Verifies changes on orders with sales prior to shipment.
Performs all duties using required safety procedures and equipment according to company policies and practices.
Run production and quality control forms on copier as needed.
Enters all shipments in computer and verifies accuracy.
Checks computer to see if stock units have an order to match it with.

Scope: The Final Inspector will inspect printed circuit boards (PCB) for flaws that may have been manufactured into the product during processing using magnifying equipment and a back light.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform all types of visual inspection related to printed circuit boards using magnification equipment
Segregate and identify circuit boards with flaws
Inspect each board and identify the errors causing the defects
Perform minor rework/repairs to identified defects
Perform final count of acceptable and rejected boards
Compare shop traveler quantity to final count and notify supervisor in cases of discrepancy
Complete reject report, sign traveler and input data into final log
Obtain final report package and move to the shipping department
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Visually and physically inspect aircraft center fuselage structure, system and electrical installations for conformance to engineering requirements using a variety of precision measurement equipment and inspection tools to include micrometers, calipers, ball gages, flashlights, mirrors, ohm meters, laser gauges and depth gages.

Description/Job Summary Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor (Inspection), performs various duties within the inspection department, including inspection of finished castings per process, sort castings for reblast, assists in skidding and tagging product for shipment, and any other quality based production tasks in a safe, efficient, and quality manner. Responsibilities/Duties 1. Performs individual inspections of each casting using Company inspection procedures and guidelines. 2.
Determines acceptability of product using process card and customer specifications. Returns product which is unacceptable for rework when necessary. 3. Performs physical testing, such as, BHN adequately per requirements of process card and cast date. 4.
Assists in the tagging and palletizing of inspected product ready for shipment. 5. Within duties, inspectors may be stationed at areas, such as, grind lines and in any other area where inspection is necessary. An inspector maintains positive and team orientated atmosphere with management, supervision, and hourly employees with an ultimate goal of efficiency, quality, and safety. 6.
Quality inventory counts. 7. Recording scrap and returns as needed. 8. Additional duties as may be required. Required Education Minimum of completion of the tenth (10) grade, high school.
