Vishay Ultrasource is currently seeking a Final Inspector responsible for performing final visual inspection of our thin film circuits. The Final Inspector is expected to maintain or exceed the degree of excellence required by the internal and external customers of this department. This includes following AS9100 policies, procedures and work instructions, and viewing quality as a top priority.
Perform accurate visual inspection of thin film circuits in accordance with Customer drawings, Workmanship standards, and specification requirements.
Conduct visual inspection to verify fine detail work.
Package product per specification.
Perform accurate computer transactions within ERP system and other databases.
Document and report inspection findings and results.
Read and interpret acceptable standards and quality requirements.
2 + years of visual microscope inspection experience required.
Familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001 and Industry specifications such as MIL Standard and/or IPC.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.
Ability to sit and inspect product through microscope for up to 8 hours/shift.
Ability to use and read basic inspection and metrology tools including micrometers and calipers.
Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings.
Ability to produce Quality work under pressure and at times in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident in accordance with ITAR Policy.

Final Inspector Job Duties:
Performs in-process and final inspection visual inspection of product in accordance with applicable engineering criteria, documents, drawings and workmanship standards.
Performs variable inspections using precision measurement equipment/devices
Performs finishing operations as needed to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
Ensures proper documentation including fine print details on all product certifications
Ensures proper operation of measurement equipment by following operating instructions.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures, and complying with all applicable regulations

Minimum of 1 year inspection experience applying GD&T principles and practices.
Minimum of 3-5 years of aviation experience, preferred.
Knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 quality management systems; working knowledge of first article Inspection requirements per AS9102
Ability to discern colors with vision acuity of 20/20 (correction allowed)
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, metrics and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Must possess appropriate mathematical and analytical skills to determine acceptability of product(s) based on established criteria.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Extensive knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment including, surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gages, bore gauges, and dial indictors. Good manual dexterity and adept in use of precision measuring tools
Must be able to work a quarterly, rotating shift and overtime as required\
PST is a supplier which abides by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, persons considered for this position must be either a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a U.S. Person under relevant ITAR regulations.
Final Quality Inspector 3Rd - SJ
The Final Inspector will inspect printed circuit boards (PCB) for flaws that may have been manufactured into the product during processing using magnifying equipment and a back light.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all types of visual inspection related to printed circuit boards using magnification equipment
Segregate and identify circuit boards with flaws
Inspect each board and identify the errors causing the defects
Perform minor rework/repairs to identified defects
Perform final count of acceptable and rejected boards
Compare shop traveler quantity to final count and notify supervisor in cases of discrepancy
Complete reject report, sign traveler.
Complete First Articles and /or AS91002 First article reports.
Obtain final report package and move to the shipping department
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
Understand basic arithmetic in reference to instructions where interpretations are required
Limited use in understanding prints and specifications
Ability to visually verify fine detail work
Ability to understand and follow directions regarding inspecting printed circuit boards
Moderate physical lifting or moving of final finished circuit boards (up to 15 lbs)

BASIC PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor (Inspection), performs various duties within the inspection department, including inspection of finished castings per process, sort castings for reblast, assists in skidding and tagging product for shipment, and any other quality based production tasks in a safe, efficient, and quality manner.

3.Performs physical testing, such as, BHN adequately per requirements of process card and cast date.
4.Assists in the tagging and palletizing of inspected product ready for shipment.
5.Within duties, inspectors may be stationed at areas, such as, grind lines and in any other area where inspection is necessary. An
inspector maintains positive and team orientated atmosphere with management, supervision, and hourly employees with an
ultimate goal of efficiency, quality, and safety.
6.Quality inventory counts.
7.Recording scrap and returns as needed.
8.Additional duties as may be required.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Minimum of completion of the tenth (10) grade, high school.
Training and experience in foundry production processes of not less than one year or equivalent industrial inspection training. Must have good interactive people skills and the ability to comprehend written and verbal directions. Must possess physical ability to move freely throughout the facility, walk, stand, bend, lift fifty pounds on a regular basis, and operate powered cranes as needed. Must be trained in hazard recognition, PPE requirements and use, powered crane operation, and any other safety requirements for employment at Grede - Browntown.

The Inspector Final Assembly 4 visually and physically inspects structural builds and component, electrical and mechanical systems. Rechecks work after adjustment or repair. As a Finishing operator, you will be responsible for functions occurring within the Finishing center operations. Design compelling cards using Hearthstone design principles
Implement cards and content using simple scripting languages and tools
Build decks and playtest at a high skill level to shape the future gameplay landscape of Hearthstone
Iterate on card design and balance based on team feedback and playtests
Support the live game by stomping bugs and implementing Quality of Life improvements
Currently enrolled in a college or university, or planning to enroll in Fall 2018
Returning for at least one more semester or quarter following the Summer 2019 internship
Able to work fulltime hours for 11 – 12 weeks at the Blizzard office indicated in this job posting between May 2019 – August 2019 or June 2019 – September 2019 (group dates depend on when you get out of school)
Authorized to work in the US
Achieved Legend rank in Hearthstone
Experience creating games as personal, academic, or professional projects
A positive and self-driven attitude with the ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
Achieved top 10 Legend rank in Hearthstone
Strong familiarity with various digital and paper card games
Technical/Computer Science background
Excellent knowledge of World of Warcraft's history and characters
Resume which should include: Your Battle.net ID, and the email for your Hearthstone account
Cover Letter which should include: Why you are interested in working at Blizzard, what games you are currently playing, and your experience with Hearthstone including your current and highest rank achieved
Design a single card and write a paragraph on why it would be good for Hearthstone.
