Analyzes work orders, work piece, to determine process, materials / substrates, machines, and sequence of operation.

Assures certain materials have arrived and are available and staged in accordance with work flow schedule.
Refers to Pecas periodically to determine work load and production performance expectation.
Inspects finished pieces visually and using precision measuring devices.
Works with quality control to monitor output. Takes part in assessing / grading each project for standard deviations and imperfections.
Maintains time and production records.
Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
Ensures compliance to all company policies and procedures
Actively engaging and participating in company LEAN manufacturing training and audits.
Communicate and relate with all levels of the organization.
Establish and maintain preventive maintenance plan for department equipment
Investigates malfunction of machines and equipment; determines need for repair and maintenance.
Ensures employees are following safety regulations.
Keeps abreast of new products and developments within the department.
Ensures staffing is appropriate to meet workload requirements and productivity standards.
Manages performance by setting goals and consistently holding employees accountable for meeting performance standards through coaching, counseling and timely review process.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive continuous improvement efforts.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment, including part orders, preventive/ predictive maintenance, emergency maintenance, and outside contractor efforts to ensure all equipment is kept in optimal condition as consistent with food contact packaging.
Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the Finishing area, overseeing and delegating housekeeping duties in the assigned area.

Bachelor's degree in related field or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Minimum of 2 – 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.

As an RN Field Supervisor you will:
Give and interpret the patient information documents i.e. admission packet, plan of care, advance directives, Bill of Rights, consents, patient education.
Provide patient/families with information regarding agency services, fees, Bill of Rights, Advance Directives and agency policies.
Communicate with referrers/discharge planners to review eligibility for agency services and to develop and coordinate the plan of care.
Provide assessment of newly referred patients, assess health needs and eligibility for home care. Obtain patient's medical history, particularly as it relates to the patient's present condition.
Identify the appropriate level of care required by the patient. Ensure the environment is conducive to the provision of home care.
Develop an individualized Plan of Care for the patient based on needs and findings of the nursing assessment.
Coordinate all care and services provided to the patient.
Communicate findings with the patient's physician and obtain verbal orders as necessary. Develop and implement treatment plans on conjunction with the patient's authorized medical practitioner.
Initiate written Medical Orders and written reports to the patient's physician, as necessary.
As necessary, conduct home visits to provide intermittent nursing services, such as pre-fill medication container.

As a(n) Area Supervisor you will:
Supervises the provision of assistance to person(s) served in order to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being, including that staff interactions with person(s) served promotes the rights of the person(s) served to achieve an enhanced quality of life.
Ensures that each person served has an activity schedule developed and implemented and monitors and ensures staff follows procedures to promote optimum health care and behavior supports, including the implementation of services outlined in person(s) served service plan, and staff training.
Monitors and ensures staff completes all documentation as required to ensure quality services.
Monitors labor hours and ensures assigned service sites are operating within budgetary guidelines.
Responsible for client funds, receipts and proper documentation.
Ensures that staff are deployed appropriately, and that staffing ratios are in compliance with regulatory and service plan requirements.
Ensures schedules are prepared and posted in a timely manner, and efficiently utilizes staff.
Conducts timely performance reviews and conducts staff counseling and corrective actions including work Improvement plans and follow-up.
Provides timely and appropriate feedback and oversight on staff documentation, including daily progress notes, data sheets, and incident reports.
Assists with the review and tracking of incident and accident reports and participates as needed with investigations involving persons served and employees at assigned service sites.
Ensures applicable OSHA compliance standards are met and all related training occurs. Documents training and compliance in accordance with ResCare and regulatory requirements.

BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration or a Social Science degree or High school diploma/GED and equivalent work experience of 3 years
One year of supervisory experience required.
Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related disorders preferred.
Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
Must meet all agency requirements for pre- employment as required by ResCare and/or State regulations.
Based on geographical location, you may be required to be certified as a Food Service Director
