The Chemours Titanium Technologies facility located in New Johnsonville, TN has an R&D Manager position available. This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the R&D function. This position is responsible for electrical maintenance of a Cold Mill Finishing facility. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for the daily and repair turn assignments of Electrical Maintenance Technicians. This position will be responsible for safety, housekeeping, and turn operations work execution. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for coordination of contractors and other outside support required. The supervisor will troubleshoot equipment, supervise repairs and is on call 24 hours per day. The Electrical Supervisor is also expected to complete projects and other assignments as they arrive dictated by the Maintenance or Process Manager. Other responsibilities include insuring that the product meets or exceeds customer requirements; achievement of environmental and productivity targets. This position supervises represented employees while adhering to the collective bargaining agreement.
