In this role as Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for the project management of one or more customer projects within the Engine Systems Business Unit’s injector product line.
The PM acts as an entrepreneur for these projects through project management of product development, industrialization, and production launch, as well as quotation support. The PM functionally leads a project core team and coordinates interdisciplinary tasks for all factors affecting project execution. Core
• Responsible for all aspects of project management following the Continental ES Process House for Gasoline Low Pressure Fuel Injection project activities such as project timing, deliverables, budget, and product/process integrity from development to industrialization, including a successful launch. • Reach defined project targets with regards to quality, functionality, profit, time, and customer satisfaction. • Request task on time delivery and monitor phase gates.
Provide early escalation in case issue resolution is not possible on the project team level. • Act as a competent and committed interface to the customer constantly seeking customer satisfaction. • Support the quotation process in accordance with the product line and business unit product strategy. • Responsible to coordinate activities of engineering and manufacturing planning teams and gives feedback regarding project team member performance to relevant supervisor. May have responsibility of leading remote teams. • Achieve product profitability targets through control of material costs, project expenses, and reimbursements. Plans project R&D budget and schedule. • Ensure proper use of appropriate project management methods such as configuration, risk, quality, and claim management as well as requirements engineering processes and acquisition processes according to company standards. Regular on time project reporting through the electronic Project Status Reporting (ePSR) tool. • Manage product change requests and promote continuous product and process improvement initiatives.

Electronics Technician - Universal Pressure Pumping
The Electronics Technician will be responsible for working closely with site supervisors to effectively prioritize the servicing, maintaining and repairing of equipment, electronic and electrical systems while being pressed for time and in extreme weather and work conditions. They will need to have an in-depth knowledge of equipment maintenance practices including methods, tools, materials, equipment and computerized systems used throughout the electronics department. Daily work will include providing electronics department supervision and district management with accurate and timely reports of personnel, equipment and parts status.
This role will work under the direction of the Electronics Field Services Manager.
Fill out daily shift reports detailing equipment status, repairs performed and parts used
Triage equipment issues and efficiently dispatch their repair
Estimate materials and labor for repairs
Perform advanced diagnostic troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
Utilize computer software to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Calibrate, verify and maintain the accuracy of various sensors, meters and related software
Perform equipment inspections and maintain accurate repair records for equipment
Make sure equipment status is kept up-to-date for better utilization and downtime caused by incorrect or insufficient parts is minimized
Effective troubleshooting by making sure equipment repairs are handled efficiently, reducing downtime and parts usage
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections by making sure equipment is regularly inspected utilizing a standardized procedure and that repairs are made on a preventative basis to reduce equipment downtime
Other duties as assigned
Occasional travel which may require overnight stay(s) outside normal office hours.
Ability to safely navigate work sites with occasional walking, climbing, standing, stepping, etc. during normal operating conditions (day/night, outdoor hot/cold weather) including proper use of designated personal protective equipment (PPE)
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to work effectively with all levels of leadership, hourly employees and peers.

Commercial Window cleaning and Pressure Washing Position. Experience preferred but not essential. Will train the right person who wants to work. The work day starts at 4:00 AM and ends at 12:30 PM. Overtime is available and some weekend work is required. All applicants must have a valid CA drivers license. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. After a three month probation period pay increases to $16.00 per hour with a $300 bonus.
