The primary responsibility the Steward is to ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of assigned back of house kitchens. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Sands Bethlehem (the “Sands”) policies, practices, and procedures. Essential

Responsible for cleaning assigned kitchen including washing dishes, pots and pans.
Clean and empties all trash in kitchens and/or assigned areas.

Must demonstrate knowledge of proper handling and storage of cleaning materials and other chemicals.
Provides proper support to other departments involved in overall kitchen success.

Accomplish daily cleaning duties in an efficient and proper manner.
Properly use equipment, tools or systems to complete assigned tasks and complies with company safety standards.
Develop a working knowledge of any PGCB rules, regulations and Internal Controls applicable to your position.
Complete all paperwork in accordance with PGCB and approved Sands’ standards.
Read and understand the Sands Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan with regards to how to conduct business in this position and specifically the regulations prohibiting service to minors and/or intoxicated persons.
Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers in compliance with the Sands’ Standards of Steel customer service standards.
Adhere to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures.

The duty station for this position is in the Wildlife Program, located at 1550 Alder Street NW, Ephrata, Grant County, WA. This position assists the Private Lands and Wildlife Conflict Manager (FWB 4) in implementation of Wildlife Program goals, objectives and assignments within Region 2. Conducts professional biological studies; and is responsible for monitoring, restoration, management, and research of wildlife, lands and habitat. Works with federal, other state and local agencies; NGOs; and private landowners to incorporate fish and wildlife values into private lands conservation programs to improve, protect and restore habitat. Provides public access opportunities on private lands for fish and wildlife related recreational activities. Duties Key activities include: * Assess, enroll, plan, and manage wildlife habitat restoration projects on private lands.
This position conducts biological studies to evaluate habitat conditions using predefined methodologies for shrub-steppe species. Implements field projects designed to test the efficacy of herbicide treatments to improve or create wildlife habitats; coordinates research project work plans with Federal, State, local governments and private and other organizations; submits periodic progress reports outlining current project status, findings, plans, and recommendations. Our butchers are responsible for creating and maintaining a quality experience for each Dole & Bailey customer. Must have ability to cut, trim, dice, debone and portion poultry, fish, and meats; including whole animal and whole fish butchery. Must have proven attention to detail and positive attitude in support of Dole & Bailey’s mission for excellence and committed to following all USDA, HACCP and GMP guidelines and regulations. Utilizing ISO continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Maintaining communication with management notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
- Ensuring all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s.

- Be flexible and assist in other areas of production as needed/requested.

- Must be able to: Stand, walk, and push or pull a majority of the day.
- Use knives, saws, scales, and others pieces of equipment associated with the Butchery Trade.
- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently and manually stack and move cases.
- Work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
