Identify and develop professional relationships with key concrete flatwork decision makers in concert with Territory Managers
Collaborate with concrete flatwork decision makers (e.g., owners, engineers, architects, flatwork contractors, tenants, realtors) to understand project needs and design criteria to provide a value engineering proposal
Prepare and deliver targeted presentations (technical and general) to decision maker audiences regarding performance-based designs, value engineering, alternate bidding, flatwork design, life-cycle cost analyses concepts, and the PNA product portfolio value proposition
Work independently, or with other in-house Design Engineers, to provide project-specific design optimizations for concrete flatwork projects
Provide technical/engineering training and support to TMs through interpretation of internal/external engineering references and through communication with other local concrete flatwork experts
Contribute to technical and competitive analyses that leverage local, regional and industry market data and trends to create tools to be used by Territory Managers to educate, inform, and influence the selling process
Engage in industry associations and local engineering organizations (i.e., ACI, ACPA, ASCE) and owner/developer focused tradeshows to foster relationships and become a recognized concrete flatwork engineer within the groups
Develop a proficiency using ITW Business Principles to effectively manage engineering engagements and sales processes to maximize results

Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master degree preferred
5+ years of engineering experience of which 3+ years in concrete flatwork engineering experience required
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to read construction drawings and analyze project specifications
Ability to identify and influence decision makers in the engineering specification process
Results-driven self-starter able to manage multiple priorities with highly effective follow-through skills
Strong presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Floor Finisher (5:00 Pm-1:30 Am)
FULL TIME, 40 HOURS PER WEEK: 3RD SHIFT (11P-7:30A) MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND Occ Summary Perform major cleaning of floors (including both hard surfaces and carpet) and major wall cleaning, in accordance with the standard procedures. Work Performed Scrub floors to remove all soil and finish to base of floor material.
Remove splash marks from baseboards, walls and doors. Refinish floor to glossy, depth shine. Shampoo and remove spots from carpeted floor areas.
Assist in cleaning of emergency spills observed or upon request. Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and report the need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures. Assist in maintaining main housekeeping storage area in a clean manner.
Perform necessary wall washing tasks as assigned. Move furniture on a non-routine basis as assigned. Follow all universal precautions, bloodborne pathogen procedures and uses personal protective equipment as needed while cleaning patient care areas.
May be required to bleach rubber floors as needed. May be required to assist with the removal of trash, soiled linen and bio-medical waste. Perform related duties as assigned. Spray Painter / Finisher
Lukas Lighting , a division of Flos USA Inc , manufactures custom decorative lighting fixtures for the architecture and lighting design community in its Long Island City, NY facility. Currently, we are seeking a professional quality spray painter/finisher.
This is a Part Time / 2ndShift position, hours are Monday through Friday 5pm to 10pm. Weekend hours also available.
Prep and paint components for architectural lighting installations as directed by production manager. Employee must follow directions and instructions given to him/her by the supervisor and produce quality-finished parts in the specified time frame.
* Experience in a paint booth.
* Strong ability to use and operate a spray gun and hand-held power tools in a safe and effective manner.
* Familiarity with preparation required to produce fine finishes: primers, sanding, sealing, etc...

Job Description: Primary Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the final finishing of wax and wax/plastic patterns. Three main areas of responsibility accomplish this: removing flash; repair defects; and smooth blends.
Major activities / Key challenges
Repair defects in pattern assemblies without changing either the contour or the shape of the pattern by using wax as the filling material.
Dressing of pour cups.
Attach finished pattern to tree and attach pour cup to pattern gating.
If performing gating work, assembly of plastic or wax cross arms and vent plugs must be completed.
