The Orthodontic Assistant will report to the Practice Director. The Orthodontic Assistant delivers an awesome patient experience and is a key part of the change we create in our patient's smiles. Must maintain a Registered Dental Assistant certificate.
Provide an ultimate patient experience with each patient by engaging with the patient and parent (if applicable) and performing clinical duties effectively in the scheduled appointment time.
Improve clinical performance by consistently reviewing clinical standards and protocols.
Maintain a clean, sterile environment. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment and clean each clinical chair/instruments in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines.
Obtain dental history and/or records from patient (review patient health history and care slips). Ensure that the health history is updated for all returning patients.
Record patient charting and all doctor notes in the digital patient chart as directed by the doctor.
Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate and instruct patients on general oral health care.
Prepare tray setups for regular appointments, Initial bonding appointments
Maintain adequate supply levels in each chair, replenishing as needed.
Work closely with the Point/Flow Directors to ensure an appropriate and adequate clinical treatment.
Prepare materials for making impressions and restorations.
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices).
On Call as needed
After care communication (care calls, note cards etc...)

Technician 1 (Entry-Level)
The Level 1 technician will be responsible for expert tire service. Expectations include:
Installation of Tires
Tire vibration diagnostics with Hunter Road Force equipment
Flat repair procedures
rotation and balance service with understanding of tire wear patterns and setting up alignment or alignment quick check equipment
Speed and accuracy are key in our business. Our expectations are tire installation in 39 minutes or less, rotations and flat repairs in 30 minutes or less.
The Level 1 technician will be responsible for quick but thorough basic preventative maintenance. Expectations include:
Oil change services
Engine/cabin air filter service
Completing our Complementary Vehicle Inspection process.
Technician 2 (Service Technician)
The Level 2 technician will be responsible to perform all duties and services of an entry level technician.
1-2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem solving, and automotive repair experience to succeed in this position.
Perform complete brake services including: disk, drum and hydraulic repairs
Complete alignment and all alignment related services
Inspect, repair or replace all components on modern suspension systems
Replace fluids using available fluid exchange equipment
Replace fuel and air filters, spark plugs, plug wires, and most all PM engine service items
Technician 3 (Senior Automotive Technician)
The Level 3 technician will be responsible to perform all duties and services of an entry level technician and service technician at an expert level. A minimum of 5+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem solving, and automotive repair experience is required as you mentor and teach teammates while discussing problems with customers.
Diagnose and repair or service A/C systems
Diagnose and repair engine electrical components such as alternators, starters and battery cables
Service and repair cooling systems including water pumps, radiators, fans, belts and hoses
Retrieve and understand basic OBD codes including O2, misfire, and catalyst efficiency
ASE Certifications are preferred.
All technicians will be expected to help maintain all aspects of shop cleanliness, safety standards, and be willing to participate in a team environment.
Be able to communicate with team and customers

Asset Protection Specialist
The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store.
Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Asset Protection Specialist must report any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves, other associates, vendors, customers, and the Company. They must demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.
