You have an eye for detail and work to ensure the guests food has a smooth transition between the kitchen and their table. As a food expeditor, you will ensure every dish that is sent out is divine to present and devour.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Act as the liaison between the kitchen and dining room staff; in a fast paced, stressful, high demand environment.
Responsible for the flow of the food line by receiving orders from the servers and relaying the food orders to the kitchen staff
Monitor progress of food orders to ensure the kitchen puts out the orders according to the ticket specifications
Responsible for ensuring all side dishes match up on every plate before the server takes them to deliver
Act as the last set of eyes to review all out going plates
Ensures all food items are delivered in a timely fashion
Works in a clean, organized, timely fashion
Adhere and deliver the 14 elements of service received in training manual
Comfort in handling guest relations complaints
Adhere to all DHEC regulations for cleanliness and sanitation
Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed

Inventory And Material Control Expediter
Inventory and Material Control Expediter
The Inventory and Material Control Expeditor will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within production department, pick and load customer orders, receive materials from vendors, receive bulk materials from rail and tanker trucks and load or unload pallets from shuttles. Scheduled duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; compiling reports of progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems. Works with the production team to ensure the timely and accurate movement and transport of materials to and from the warehouse for use in the production areas.
Position Shift and Schedule:The Warehouse Worker position is located in our St Louis, MO facility. This is a full time permanent position working 2nd shift, 1:00pm to 9:40pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Position Compensation:The starting rate of pay for this position is $16.50 per hour. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, etc.
Works with production team lead to coordinate the flow of materials into the production area. Prepare necessary paperwork.
Replenish Kanban staging areas with materials. Records movement of materials in SAP as the physical movements take place. Work with production operators and lead to reconcile inventory discrepancies, identifies the reason for the discrepancy, and clears remnant inventory from line side.
Verifies all product received is accurate and put-a-way or shuttle loaded correctly, Pick and load customer orders timely and accurate. Proactively identifies and communicates inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Controlling or Production groups for correction. Loads and unloads bulk rail cars/trucks by connecting hoses and pumps to move product into housing silos.
Maintain forklift cleanliness and perform daily forklift audits. Exceed 5S warehouse standards

The Inventory Expediter has primary responsibility for facilitating the timely transfer and transaction of inventory into production and then onto shipping for priority orders and deliverables in order to fulfill SLA requirements and open requests for various customers. This position will be required to work between cross functional teams in order to meet expectations. Using the companys ERP & dashboards to view demand, the Inventory Expediter will work closely with the Inventory, planning, shipping and production teams as well as with department coordinators to meet customer SLA commitments.

The Inventory Expediter will carry out these duties within the context of the established standards for quality and in a way, that promotes teamwork and good communication within the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains a consistent and positive attendance pattern.

Reviews all open requests to determine what inventory is needed to fulfill customer orders; Inventory that is Unusable (Badstock) or Unusable requires Config (Goodstock), is delivered to production based on the expected time needed to convert the inventory to Usable ready to ship condition.
Coordinates the physical delivery of unusable inventory to the production/repair or configuration lines, or by way of soliciting assistance from material handlers.
Communicates with the Production Coordinator, team leads and refers to open requests on the appropriate dashboards to efficiently pull material through the process as needed.

Most importantly the Inventory Expediter makes inquiries throughout the day as needed to the Production Coordinator as to the status of products due to ship. These inquiries will be either verbal, which is the most effective and preferred method, electronic mail or both.
The content of these inquiries will typically call out parts due to ship as the shipping deadlines are approaching. The Inventory Expediter, in conjunction with production & shipping, needs to see the big picture of daily shipment requirements, coordinating resources and moving product through the facility to meet customer expectations for deliver and quality. This is a fast-paced position that requires high energy, patience, and the ability to manage stressful situations with objectivity. Adherence to procedures, attention to detail and the ability to meet production requirements are key to the position.

From processing inventory to organizing- You are the heartbeat of the back room. The expediter is responsible for taking our product from the boxes to the floor. The best part is that you become part of the tight knit inventory team, where work friends become real friends.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
● Under the direction of the Store Inventory Lead, you will: receive, process, and create solutions for incoming product
● Inventory is processed outside of store operating hours
● Assist in preparing the store for the day including: replenishing garment styles and other merchandise by color, size, and quantity requirements; folding, sizing, and organizing product
● Ensure stock replenishment in work areas
● Complete other additional projects as required or by request, under the direction of the Store Inventory Lead

● Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred but not a requirement, experience with inventory processing is a plus.
