Summary
The individual will be responsible for location setup, drill out and flow back procedures and reporting procedures. Ensure quality control and safe operations during all aspects of the operation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to conduct well testing operations including; collecting and recording accurate readings from monitoring systems
Assist in the rig-up process
Assist in the drill out process
Monitor tanks to assure proper measures are in place
Qualifications

Under general supervision; maintains and oversees all phases of the flow back, well testing, and rig up/rig down services being provided on work locations. This role requires high level knowledge of well testing equipment, operations, and services according to customer specifications and also in accordance with TTI SOP, QA/QC, and HSE regulations and guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine equipment needs and best method to rig up according to the package selected by the client. Coordinate all equipment, personnel, and other requirements with Product Line Supervisor and/or District Manager to ensure that all delivered products meet the specifications required.
With the assistance of other operators unloads and assembles the equipment to be used, sets up the service units, and initiates the rig up.
Provides training, guidance, and leadership in the operation of well testing equipment to less experienced personnel.
Works on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, except for regularly scheduled days-off period. To be available on short notice for performing work duties.
Will be familiar with correct SOP & QA/QC procedures and perform basic routine equipment maintenance in preparation for next job whenever needed.
Required to pull various types of trailers such as monorails, travel trailers, light towers, etc... to job site according to DOT regulations.
When needed, assists with district shop needs such as maintenance, painting, grinding, calibrating, and any other equipment / facility needs. Will utilize equipment maintenance forms to ensure all work is completed properly or tagged for out of service if required.
Observes safe working practices, safety rules, and regulations. Complies with TTI & client safety policies and procedures. Initiates job safety analysis (JSA) procedures and hazard recognition practices prior to any job task. Corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to the Product Line Supervisor if not immediately correctable. Performs all required documentation including but not limited to JSA's, behavior based observations (BBO) cards, near hit documentation, and incident investigations. Will ensure that all personnel will comply with PPE standards per client & TTI policies.
Attends in-house and/or outside training seminars to acquire basic knowledge of OSHA and company safety programs and policies and employee will commit themselves to TTI online training courses.
Acts to develop TTI services in becoming a "best-in-class" service provider by working to ensure seamless operations as viewed by the customer.
Promotes company image by ensuring facilities, vehicles, equipment, and job sites are clean and well maintained. Personal appearance will also be clean and uniforms / PPE will be clean and will only have company approved signage on them.
Communicate effectively with the client representative and/or other third party service companies any needs, issues, and/or requests to perform necessary job functions. Examples of third party services would be but not limited to water hauling trucks, coiled tubing services, hydraulic fracturing services, snubbing services, etc…
Effectively communicate well performance through the use of flow back / well testing reporting typically thru the means of MS Excel spreadsheets and/or client custom programs.
Will communicate with district administrative clerks clerical needs including but not limited to damage reports due to well effluent, timesheets, equipment tracking, etc…

Requisites:
Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of job related experienced; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

SUMMARY:

Reports to: Senior Operator/Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
The assistance of equipment rig up and rig down on each well under the guidance of the Senior Operator / Supervisor.
To prepare and operate the well testing equipment including shutdown systems, switchgear, generators & compressors, manifolds, sand separators, test separators, etc. ensuring that all procedures are followed in accordance with the safety precautions and practices required and that equipment is operated within its limitations.
To ensure that the servicing and preventative maintenance is carried out and that equipment is ready and available for use as required.
To ensure that all power systems (motors), lighting systems and cables are used correctly and maintained in a safe working condition.
To ensure that visual operating checks are carried out, as well as the correct operating procedures performed on all equipment and systems, as per industry standard recommendations, including safe compliance.
To discuss all relevant repair / maintenance actions with the Supervisor for their reporting duties and system utilization records.
To assist the Senior Operator as assigned and be able to substitute for him as needed.
Other roles and responsibilities during contractual activities on TETRA projects include, but are not limited to the following:

REQUISITES:

Computer Skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 or greater.
Certificates and Licenses
Typically two to three year as a well test trainee.
Completion of Intermediate Well Testing training school.
Language Skills
Spoken and written English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
Bilingual is helpful but not required.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Summary:
Supervises the daily work activities of the Production crew. Under the direction of the Area Production Superintendent, indirectly supervises all other employees on the platform. Responsible for operating or overseeing the operation of the production platform.

Responsible for the safety of all personnel working on the Platform and the Safety of the Environment. Conducts safety briefings.

Effectively communicate well performance through the use of flow back / well testing reporting typically thru the means of MS Excel spreadsheets and/or client custom programs.
Will communicate with district administrative clerks clerical needs including but not limited to damage reports due to well effluent, timesheets, equipment tracking, etc…

Requisites:
Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of job related experienced; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Is required to pull travel trailers to job sites.
Performs routine readings of equipment during rigging up to ensure equipment is performing according to customers' requirements while maintaining a safety operation at all times.
When needed, moves equipment around yard with forklifts, help load and unload trucks day and night, makes hotshot and parts runs, sweep and mop shop and yard.
